Daisy does the best nails. Have been going to her for many years. She has excellent customer service skills and always does her best to make people happy.

Do not go here.While I was here the health and safety inspector came by and loudly informed Daisy, my nail tech, that their disinfectant was expired, not high enough in alcohol percentage and that they were reusing disposable nail files which could easily spread nail fungus from client to client. During the appointment, multiple bugs crawled across my nail station as well.Daisy was extremely dismissive of the inspector's concern and he stated that these were 'the same problems that he'd seen here a year ago' and he would be back in a week and a half's time to see if they had remedied the situation. If they did not he would fine them $345 for their violations which he had done previously (and they have clearly not made any changes).Daisy was the only staff member present during this exchange which meant she was running back and forth between my appointment and communicating with the inspector. My 45 minute appointment ended up taking over an hour and a half.Additionally, my design was done extremely poorly with the base coat of my French Tip being completely uneven and the design itself being very inadequately done. My first choice of design, Daisy stated she could not do so I settled for my second choice which she claimed she could do but it was very clearly outside of her skillset. She may have also been distracted by the inspector but made for an overall very disappointing appointment.I would not recommend this place based on the serious health code violations this salon is guilty of and I will not be returning.

The woman was very friendly and took so much time to carefully do my nails, I’m very happy and would definitely come back :)

I wanted to get a pedicure and made an appointment. When I got there, I couldn't even tell that a nail salon was located there. There was no signage and the person at the front desk works for the reflexology clinic. Another lady from the reflexology clinic came out and said yes, nails over here. She sent me down a hallway, and there was no signage anywhere. I had to ask which door. Then she knocked on the closed door and told me to have a seat. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody every showed up. I tried knocking on the door again, but nobody answered, even although I could hear people talking inside. It was a BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. I would never go there again. Try Charming Nails instead on Royal Oak. They gave excellent service for a great price and were able to take me on short notice.

Had my nails done hear the other day and already I’ve 3 break at the tips . Little to no pressure was put on them and they broke in half . They looked so good after I got them done I was so excited until 2 days later when they started to break off . The technique used by the nail tech was different then I’ve seen before but unfortunately made the nails way too thin

The business owner is very kind and efficient! She has always made my eyebrows look great.

If you wanna make ur nails beautiful, you must not go here.I ordered gel nails for an additional fee, but my nails are very thin. I always order gel nails because my nails are weak, but the gel nails of here are just a thin coat of polish. This is not a gel nail.I also did a pedicure. However, when I returned home, it was not completely dry so was wrinkled.It was my first time to have sad experience like that.Daisy is kind and here is not pricey but I do not recommend for those seeking skills.

Love the new open nail salon place near metro! The people there are very friendly and helpful. They pay attention to want and very suggestive. They care about your hands and recommend to do this or don't. Very honesty. Price aren't expensive, very reasonable price. They do have monthly promotion as well. And they have their own website to book it and they have Instagram if you looking for more ideas. And see what they done. This is my new to go place.

I just got my nails done at metro nail.I feel comfortable here. Its clean, organize and i love my nails! Desi is very accomodating. I will definitely come back :) thank you! - kat
