Costco Tire Centre

Candace - deserves a trophy. I waited on my snow tire install and watched her successfully sort through all sorts of customers that presented with “emergency tire symptoms”. She was pleasant, informed, and efficient. Check if you have wheel lug locks and know your tire size… it’ll save this kind woman 5 min per customer.

Super useless. My car has a puncture and they told me to leave the car here until I make the freaking appointment which is their appointment line up till December. There are 2 people at the counter but will NOT help the other person. He just keep clicking for more than 30 mins and let everyone wait in the line. The other person took half an hour just to make someone make the payment even need people from the back assist to get there. ABSOLUTELY USELESS so disappointed. I would give 0 star if I can.

They DO NOT pick up the phone... What is the point of having a phone number when you will not answer the phone... USELESS location.

The line up are extremely long even with appointments, and the long line up are understandable during the tire changeover season. However, it was long because this clown at the desk was continuously talking on the phone, and the conversations weren’t at all related to the work he was doing. After waiting for about half an hour for three people in front of me in the line, they told me they can’t service my car, or more precisely they are “no longer doing it because the car has run-flat tires”. They could have told me when I was booking the appointment, and if you cannot “service run-flat tires”, what kind of “Tire Centre” are you?! They ask for the year, make and model of the vehicle, yet they can only tell if they can service it or not when I come in for the appointment?! It doesn’t make sense. I am aware that Costco Tire Centres are not really known for their service, so I use them only when I buy new tires from them, but I would avoid this one, especially.

Came here to exchange my tires. Had an appointment but of course they're always running behind. Older guy at the front desk was rude af. He checked me out, didn't tell me the total and proceeds to annoyingly tap his finger on my credit card and yells at me to tap for payment. Service at any costco tire centre is usually just ok but this experience was terrible.

The guy at the counter literally told me they would never pick up their phone when I complained the last time when I did the service they didn’t call me to confirm my car is ready.

I haven't bought tires there, but this is the best customer service that I have ever seen in a recent year. I don't know much about tires and sometimes need some help with info. I was so surprised when they explained that I needed irregular tires while all the services just told me, “no, we don’t have it” Thanks for the great customer service! We are so in need of some experts
