I ordered a computer from them and it was calling apart when I received it. The hard drives were unplugged and falling around in the computer, one fan was all apart. There was a broken piece of plastic and other parts falling about inside. When I called them I was told to plug the hard drive in and the other parts and just lay it on the wires inside. I did has he asked and it still didn't work. When I told him I wasn't satisfied he told me that he don't do refunds but I could send it back and he would repair it. After he told me to lay the hard drive on its side on top of the wires and I saw the hair and dirt inside I didn't trust that company. when I told him I was going to report him to the BBB and the news paper he said didn't care. But after legal threats he finally agreed to refund my money. He said he had a thirty day repair warranty and he has never ever refunded money since he was in business.. But I feel that I ordered a working computer but was given a box of computer parts.Please be aware if you order from that company because you may get a container of not working parts.
