I bought the boundless tera: Top notch service. I was nervous as I don't purchase much online but the staff at herbalize answered my questions in a timely manner which helped ease my concerns. The product came wrapped beautifullysix days after purchasing. I did have to pick it up at the post office, I found out later it was because the item was too large for my mailbox, but even then herbalize offered to assist if I had an issue with this. I highly recommend herbalize. I will be ordering again. My wife needs a boundless!

TL&DR Not a scam but wouldnt recommend.I saw the bad reviews and decided to try anyway. I can say it is not a scam but, they still have the same issues as years go by. I ordered a product and they promised that the item would ship in 1-2 days. I waited 5 and contacted them, their customer support was ok and told there was a problem with the warehouse (seems like a normal excuse they use for everything) and the item would ship within the next 48hours. I waited another 5 days and nothing. Contacted them again, customer support gave the same excuse but this time I was more incisive. Then, they must have transferred me to someone who knows what they are doing and told my order could not be completed because the color I asked for was no longer available. They offered, very reasonably, to change the color or refund. I changed the color and 3 days later my product arrived. It is sad because they must spend so much money on bringing new customers and lose them in a heartbeat for having such a bad management of their stock/warehouse. There are so many open/quasi-free solutions for webshops that it amazes me they keep insisting in w/e e-commerce platform they use.

EDIT AFTER STORE RESPONSE:Yes I did get a store credit, spent $112 more and ended up with another faulty product that does not heat up/work. It appears that the products being sold are faulty. Your reviews say it all. My review isn't the only one..DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYI decided to give this company a try despite the bad reviews and I regret it!!I bought a g pen pro back in May 2022 which never worked. I sent them a video and would not refund the money back to my credit card. They could only issue a store credit. Well stupid me, bought arizer for $112 more. It worked for 1 month max. I really believe the products they are selling are faulty, which is a complete SCAM.Not to mention their sketchy shipping system.SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

It was a great experience for me. Made my order and it was shipped quickly (within a day) and they kept me well informed all along the way with tracking information. I haven't used the PAX Plus yet, so can't say much about it right now, but I am impressed by the service and price I received from the Herablize Store Canada.

Excellent delivery. And several days earlier than expected. Love my Pax 3!
