I would give negative stars. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They make appointments and don't show up. They ask for appointments and then show up randomly without calling or following any schedule. They wear their shoes inside. They damaged our floor with a drill. They straight up lie by saying things like we called you" when in fact they did not. They have tried to blame my landlords

They shipped us a dirty broken fridge. Both wheels where broken. A leveling feet was missing and the main lower tablet was half broken and can barely hold its own weight.Avoid at all cost. It would be smarter to just rent a small uhaul and buy any fridge on Facebook marketplace instead.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even managed to get the fridge up our two staircases by removing and reinstalling the doors. Would definitely purchase appliances from them again.

Got a washer and dryer set. They work perfectly and are in a good shape. I think they might have changed some parts for new ones, the filter looks new and they also gave new water pipes.As for the customer service, I was helped by a women while at the store. She was friendly and a good help, I had some trouble with my bank but she was patient with meThe delivery was on time, the staff was friendly, did the delivery quickly and carefully. Overall I have no complaints, everything went well.

Good service. However, the fridge has had problems after 1 year warranty and they don’t provide service. Fridge only lasted 1.5 years before it had to be replaced. Definitely not worth the price.
