We have used Pam and her team on three separate projects - bathrooms, kitchen/laundry and family room. Each time, they managed the entire project, including design, contractors, scheduling and product sourcing. We appreciated their suggestions, particularly for those lifestyle features that we didn't know we wanted. And they always presented multiple design options and recommendations which helped us make decisions. Their experience and knowledge of the design, construction and installation processes were impressive. And we were thankful for their established connections with trusted contractors and professionals. We liked that we didn't have to search for reliable people on our own. We are very happy with the final results.

Pam and team have provided significant help to me and my family for 2 major renovations. One reno where we added an additional floor onto our house (with a major facelift to the outside - fall/winter 2016/17) and a second where we renovated our kitchen (summer 2021). Both my partner and I have very busy careers and Pam somehow makes renovations fit within all of that.I would definitely recommend Design Living. Pam and team are responsive; accommodating however, encourage you to consider all options; creative and, cost conscious.When we added the second floor, we were bringing two families together.Pam met personally with each of our children to make sure we could make each child's room exciting (even if it was just to paint a basketball on the wall). Her personal touch really made a difference and we continue to get compliments on her work - and more importantly we love our home.We are now building a vacation property in Powell River and we could not imagine doing it without Pam.
