We have been dealing with handicare for quite a while. Handicare products are very well made and professional packaged. Our technicians love installing their stairlifts. Their sales person are also very consistent with their service and follow up. I would recommend handicare to my family and friends.

Their curve rails are not precise, and obviously they cannot remember to machine some threads where we have to install their final limit. It doesn't matter how many times you call up there and complain they will not fix the problems. The same excuse every time that they don't have enough workers in their factories. If that's the case then they need to shut it down and go out of business.
