Split Ends V

Took me as a walk in, offered me tea or coffee, sat down with a cup of tea and was asked if someone looked after me and I was okay. A+ for taking care of customers and making sure they're doing okay :)Just finished my haircut and it looks absolutely stunning. My last haircut at another place was a disaster and now I look like a movie star after being fixed up!Also, they take Visa (not mastercard) and Cheque too not just cash like someone else mentioned (though there's an ATM right next door)

My hair was ruined from this haircut. I asked just for a fade on the sides and she shaves off the long hair that was supposed to be side parted. Now I'm forced to wear a hat for a a couple months. Fml! It's also cash only which is complete bull...

Great place for a high end haircut

I used to see Casandra for my kids and myself. She did good in the beginning, but later she totally ruined my both girls haircut. She was so rude when i told her that i want bob haircut for my girls, saying ohh it will take forever. I have only shoulder length hair and she charged me $115 only for straight hairdye no correction etc. I would have done that at home for $10. Never going back.

I had Emily as a stylist. She was amazing. Super friendly and kind. Understood exactly what I was wanting for my cutand color. Forsure will go back to her again.

I told them I wanted to get a perm just C curl at the end and root perm. but the result can tell you through pictures.and I never wanted to perm in the middle.... finally my cousin went back to complain, and they just said “that’s the style she wanted” even while looking at that picture. I don’t know who like that perm.and left is not working perm.........Even That picture was taken after washing my hair for the first time after perm.- The picture at the bottom is before getting a perm here. and I didn’t use iron.I don’t exaggerate.......

I started seeing Tam at this Hair salon about 4 months ago. I was running late for my hair color 2 weeks ago. I got there 10 min late. She had another hair stylist standing outside the door waiting to tell me I was late and she left. No phone call to me. She had my cell number to call me. I was her last client of the day. So she just left. Wow! I have waited many times for hair dressers more than 15 min to finish their clients. So unprofessional! To leave and not call. I saw initially another hair stylist for a couple of months. Switched to Tam. She Tam talked badly about the first stylist saying she isn’t using ammonia free color on your hair. She Tam has her own line of color so was encouraging me to stay with her with her line. I thought wow! U are bad mouthing a fellow co worker! Just not a nice or professional hair stylist. And the fact that they rescheduled me and a few days later emailed me to say couldn’t see me any longer. I was going to cancel anyway. They clearly have no respect for their clients. I would not recommend this salon for that reason. Leave without calling your client is Not considerate. I drive over 30 min to get there. Traffic is bad sometimes and 10 min late is not unreasonable for a hair stylist to wait particularly if it’s your LAST client of the day

Today I experienced my first color, cut and style at Split Ends V. My stylist was *Emily* and she did an amazing job of taking my hair from drab to fab. She ensured that I was certain on color before preparing my color of choice. Overall the salon was wonderful, a friendly environment with people that help each other out. No questions asked, I will most definitely return!

Never been to a better salon. Great service, fair prices, and amazing results. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming
