Volkswagen on Regent - Birchwood

Poor customer service, bought a car with a chipping top coat. They promised to cover it and call me in three days, but I have been waiting for their call for three weeks. They sold me a car with different tires, one of them from a different brand. Transmission is twitching . I am very upset, this car does not bring me pleasure from the moment of purchase. The air conditioner switch button does not work. Volkswagen Tiguan 2020

Walked in during what I thought was a busy time of day but Tris welcomed me and was very friendly and professional. Although I didn’t buy on this visit, she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable and helpful at figuring out my needs and wants and offering me a vehicle that fits me perfectly! I’m planning to return to this location in the near future to purchase a vehicle!

Wow amazing team from being greeted to Wesley our sales rep. We went in not sure what we wanted Wesley asked what was important to us and showed us 2023 Tiguan R line. I bought my new to me 2020 Tiguan a few months back. I had dealt with Tris for the process of the purchase, she was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to answer all the questions I had. I just bought the car of my dreams that I have wanted for 20 years. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by the fabulous team at Birchwood VW on Regent Ave. Eric Thomson was the Product Advisor that I had the pleasure of dealing with. When I came in, all of the new 2023 GTIs were already spoken for the but team followed up on the spot with all of the the people who had reserved the vehicles, and by some miracle, the exact one I wanted was available. Eric got me my dream car and I will forever be thankful. He was in regular contact with me regarding the shipment of the vehicle to the dealership, sent me pictures once it arrived, and even followed up after the purchase to see how things were going. I would highly recommend dealing with Eric Thomson if you’re looking for a VW, his electric personality is the cherry on top of his knowledge about every feature of these vehicles.The general manger, Ross Roteliuk, and the Financial Services Manager, Cary Kravetsky, were superb as well. They got the financing done with lightening speed and they let me have some VW merch like a hat and water bottle to go with my new car. They both also followed up after the sale.The people at this dealership go out of their way to get stuff done asap for you. I highly highly recommend!!!!!
