Very happy with our bunk bed, trundle and mattress purchase. The guys were all very helpful and patient as I figured out what I wanted over the course of a few weeks. They delivered it and put it together ahead of schedule and it looks and works great! Highly recommend!

I got a mattress and a queen box spring, plus a couple of sheets. the mattress overall is great (and it was delivered only minutes later which was even better), but when installing the sheets, I noted they were for twin, and not queen size. I can't return them because I already opened the package (i have never had problems returning anything before in Canada) so the return policy is not great, which is a bummer because I spent well over $1,000. I know it was kind of my bad, because I chose the wrong sheets, but the guy that was selling didn't seem to care either (although probably he didn't catch it as well).

I had a great experience purchasing a bed from Jon & the team at Whistler Furniture Co. Jon was knowledgeable and helped me find the right bed for my comfort preference & budget. They delivered the bed the same day I bought it and I slept like a baby that night!

Was very excited to have a new sofa bed. The person, John, assisting me gave me the expectation my couch would arrive between 4-6 weeks. Maximum of 6 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and had I not called they would not have followed up to let me know that it would take anywhere between 7-8 weeks. As they had also mentioned they received calls from other customers with the same issue ...Understanding COVID-19 is affecting us all. John should have set me up for success and let me know that things could be delayed due to COVID-19. Instead, I have received no follow up, no couch, and not great service with no shot at any compensation (like delivery, or partial refund for the delay and unrealistic expectations).Where during COVID-19 my roommate and I are both sleeping on the floor due to not being told realistic dates OR being informed that there was going to be a delay.Although with this review, Dave has been able to assist me and create a better customer experience.

Chris has spent considerable time getting to understand what my challenges are and helping me to meet them.
