Just Quit Going

Been closed for over a year

We have been dealing with Thomas and his staff for the past year and we have always found them to be helpful. A little over a month ago, unfortunately Thomas suffered a stroke, and yes the business was closed. As of today we were there and it is open. We will continue to use these folks, they are good kind hearted folks and does a great job.

I had a blouse altered there - I will never go there again. It looks like what I would have done which is what I was avoiding. Waste of money.

I dropped off my suit to be dry cleaned last week and was informed to come and pick it up the following Tuesday October 8, 2019 at 6:30pm when they close at 7. We arrived at 6:30 and they were closed no sign as to why they were closed early. My flight left early the next morning leaving me without a suit for the wedding I’m attending.What makes me even more upset is they have not answered their phone when I have called them every day since then... I would like to know that my suit is being held there and I can pick it up if you will actually be open when I return next week.I have no clue how to reach you and I’m not impressed with this service, expected much better.

Everything works and it's clean . . . ish staff was helpful.

The owner, Thomas Ferris, is a great hardworking man. My wife and I feel lucky to know him through the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists.
