We had to bring our dog into the UK which was a fairly lengthy and stressful process. However, Dr. Bernier made sure every detail was attended to, and his easy-going yet professional manner made the whole process far more bearable. We are grateful to him and his team for helping us through a difficult situation.

Dr Yves Bernier is a delight to communicate with, because he explains everything in detail. You don't feel rushed and know for what you are paying and why some procedures or medications may be necessary. He is a great veterinarian especially because of his caring to talk to you and make you comfortable.

Called this clinic to get my 3 months old puppy his booster vaccination. My two other dogs are also followed at this clinic. When I asked the cost of the booster vaccine, the receptionist started mounting up the list of 30$ fees, 170$ vaccine, 82$ stool tests, and could possibly be more" for deworming medication ... 320$. All I needed was the booster. I am very disappointed by this clinic after years of going there with my dogs to see Dr. Bernier who is a very good local veterinarian

Dr Bernier is extremely caring, as well as the other vets at this clinic. They always treat your pets with kindness and are truly interested in their health and comfort. They explain everything really honestly and clearly, and do not suggest all kinds of extra treatments, shots, etc. I'd go as far as say, they are so conscientious that if you ask for something that they could easily charge you more for, they will honestly explain why you don't need that, and leave it up to you. They stick to the basics and don't try and take advantage. I've been their for regular check ups and shots, as well as a few occasions for emergency visits. They are really incredible! Catherine is also amazing, and very caring. The dogs love stopping in for treats. A community establishment for years, they are amazing!

The vet is a genuine animal lover. All the staff puts great effort and pride in there work. My puppy is asking me to go back.

Way over priced !!! Very greedy . Actually charges for prescribing meds . That’s right !! The very first vet that charges you for preparing your pets meds . no vet has EVER charged for this !!! Even told me pharmacies charge us to prepare our meds ( which is completely UNTRUE !! ) . What a scam !!!!

Dr Bernier is the best. He helped me through many debacles with my dogs, including treatment for Addison's disease, amputation, moving my dog to Japan, etc.Prices always were fair. Staff is nice and the office impeccable. Easy off-street parking next door.

Dr. Bernier has been our dog, Yoda's vet since the beginning, 12 years ago. He's truly like a pediatrician for pets! Cares so much about his patients and is very pleasant to deal with.

Always loved Dr Bernier. He doesn’t constantly push stuff on you to make more money which is appreciated. Other vets are always asking for more tests often making you feel like it’s a money grab

Dr. Bernier is very attentive, professional, and reasonable. He handled our cat well and offered reasonable treatment options. My mother has also taken 3 different cats to see him, including one with diabetes, and is very happy with his approach to each one. Like other vets, he has lots of expensive diagnostics on offer, but he never pushed anything on us. We'll definitely keep coming back to his clinic.
