Extremely happy with everyone at BlackLabel for their professionalism and artistic talent. I was blessed to discover Alex Dowd on Instagram. Fell in love with her designs and artistry. Last year she completed a memorial tattoo of a windmill for my Dutch parents that have passed away. This year I asked her to create a design of spirit animals that represented my family … even the pumpkin and worm, which had special significance, she was able to add into the piece. I’m stunned by her talent. She is also very attentive to her clients and makes sure the process is as comfortable as possible. The Kanata studio is very spacious, private and elegant. Seriously, it’s gorgeous, and there’s no walk-ins so when you’re booked you get full attention. Highly recommend Black Label Ottawa.

I had an amazing experience with Black Label Tattoo. Anthony is a magician with a tattoo machine and does absolutely stunning work. he was super great about listening to the ideas that I wanted and turning them into a great piece of art. He was super friendly and had a calm and easy going demeanour which made me feel super comfortable going into the session. The shop itself was really clean and organized, it was definitely the nicest shop that I’ve been too by far. The lady working the front desk (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was also super friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. I would absolutely recommend this shop to a friend, and I will be doing so!

Anthony is amazing. We had to rebook 3 times because of COVID lockdowns after our first session, but the wait was worth it to finish my half sleeve. Anthony is such a magician with the needle that after the first session people thought my tattoo was completely finished even though we still had another session to go. Everyone at the shop has the best vibe too, sitting around and talking with the whole crew makes the whole session even more enjoyable. I highly recommend hitting up this shop, whether it's with Anthony or the other artists, they're all incredible.

I would highly recommend Alex from Black Label. As well as being thoughtful, kind, and professional, she did a fantastic job on my tattoo! The experience was really everything I could hope for in a tattoo appointment. The shop has a great atmosphere and the workstations were as clean as you'd expect in a high quality studio. I'll be returning!

Best tattoo shop and artists in the city. I’ve been going to see Anthony for the past 3+ years and have had 4 pieces done by him and am blown away by the quality and detail of my tattoos. By far the best!

From start to finish, the experience has been great! I reached out to Anthony about having my right arm sleeve done and together we came up with a great idea and with Anthony's experience of how to shape and position the tattoo, it worked out better then I could have expected.The atmosphere is great and Nikki and the other artists make the time spent in the chair easy.

Phenomenal service from beginning to end.From the start of the online consultation until I left the studio with aftercare instructions in hand- every step was completely inviting, comfortable, and professional.The layout of the shop is beautiful, clean, open and warm. The DJ was blasting some pretty sweet nineties hits during my session.By far the best experience I've had at any tattoo shop, I don't plan on going anywhere besides Black Label after this experience.Thanks to PJ Eagle especially! I couldn't be happier with the work I had done. Absolutely perfect design. I'll definitely be returning!

Black label is such a wonderful environment to be tattooed in. A fun atmosphere and beautiful shop. The artists are all so skilled, Anthony did my leg sleeve and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Will definitely return!
