My experience today was amazing they deserve a perfect 10. Clean store, good customer service , friendly staff, food was awesome fresh and healthy. I will definitely return.

I ordered a bowl through the app for pick up. I got the special for the day, but I added chicken ($3+ extra). The receipt said chicken also. I picked up my order, bag was stapled closed, and I brought it back to my office thinking everything would be fine. I opened up my salad and there's no chicken in sight. Mind you, this is the 2nd time having the same result, though the 1st time was a coworker who ordered our lunch for delivery. I had no chicken & he had no tofu, even the the bowls were labelled WITH the added protein. I reached out to customer service, but the stores are franchised, so they forwarded it to Themis location, and I also contacted them directly and still haven't heard back. It's irritating to spend money and not recieved what you ordered plus no compensation or acknowledgement.

I want to share my perfect experience from this Branch. I had an issue with my chichen last time that I came, I gave them a feesback and the Manager, Mary, had the best CRM and they followed up with me and compensated for me as a free meal. This is how the professional CRM works and make customers loyal.

I love the people here, I love the food, the customer service is great but the consistency with the portions is ....... Not the greatest. I usually get the bowel filled to the brim with certain workers and OMG I love that kind of service! But recently they have been decreasing their portion size and I'm usually okay with it since you got to make ends meet. But today....... Oh boy ...... It was a lot less to the point I got mad. Like come on .......... Please fix this guys. I hate to be the negative Nancy but this is ridiculous. I got the bowel with steak and ..... I just feel like they really cheaped out way too much this time ..... I really want to keep eating there .... Please fix this !!Update: owner contacted ! Love the customer service! I will definitely mention it next time !! :D still going to keep going there !!!

This freshii location is amazing! The restaurant itself is a vibe.Staff here are very kind, helpful, and friendly. Food is fresh , awesome portion. I truly enjoyed my dinning experience.

I called to place an office order for pickup and the location was so busy no one answered. Within 1 minute of me hanging up the phone I had a call from the general manager (Sam) who reached out to take my order. She apologized for the missed call, took my order very carefully and read it back to me to ensure everything was correct. Upon arrival the food was ready, fresh and tasted amazing! Not only that everything was labelled so there was no confusion as to who ordered what. Not 1 modification was missed. The customer service and attention to detail were impeccable. I highly recommend this location! They have made a loyal customer out of me.Ps: Pangoa Bowl + Energii Bites are easily the most tasty items on the menu.

I ordered a simple smoothie and a soup. I had waiting over 30 minutes to grt my food as i watched people come after me get their food before me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. After I had went up and told them I still have not recieved my food(20 minutes later) and they said they have not even stsrted making my food yet. This location is very un organized with the staff and the food. The staff were very slow and didn't seem like they cared about their customers.

This place is fantastic. I only give them walk-in business, but I've seen them when they aren't busy, & I've seen them when they are crazy busy. It's just like any place of business; they have busy times when you may need to wait a little longer, but they have an amazing team at that store. I'm a regular customer of theirs.Not to mention, they've held to their masking standards during the pandemic, which makes their store worth visiting alone, especially if you are concerned about that from a staff perspective.

Ordered a salad From freshii for lunch and I’m sad to say it was far from fresh. Lettuce was dirty as if it wasn’t washed but also way past freshness and expired. It had hunks of slimey old wilted lettuce. Photos for reference
