AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEBrought in a 2 hp motor that was causing some problems. The owner says they can have a look at it immediately if I can wait a few minutes. Fabulous, saves me time, money and gas by not having to come back. They check it out by running static and bench tests. Everything checks out with the motor and they show me the test result printout. They return the motor and I ask how much I owe. The owner tells me not to worry about it.WHAT, no charge. I was blown away. Many places would charge you a diagnostic fee, a fee to run the bench test, etc. etc.Something like this never happens in the 2022, maybe the 1960's.I can't that them enough for their outstanding customer service
