Very happy with their service and results. Ordered garage door for my mother's house without actually being there in person. They installed it on time and was perfect. Communication by email was easy. Reasonable price.

The large spring on my up and over garage door broke. I called Jay and luckily one of his guys was in my area. He came by that afternoon, assessed the damage and took some measurements. He said a new spring would have to be fabricated. Next morning he turned up with the new spring, assembled it and the door worked perfectly. Great work and awesome customer service at a reasonable price.

Jaye and his team just completed a fantastic job on a challenging garage door replacement in my daughter's new home. Sean McKay and Jamie Howard were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and creative" as their boss asked them to be! The end result was a superb installation that dramatically changed the front appearance of the house. There wasn't so much as a scrap of garbage left behind either! This was an excellent and professional experience from the first meeting with Jaye to the site visit to the installation and in record time to boot! Thanks to all three of them for getting this job done so well!"

Muskoka Garage Doors is the go-to place for home, cottage, boathouse needs. Been around for decades with a second-to-none reputation. Exceptional products and installation and amazing service. Highly recommended!

I asked Jaye to come out a customer's place to adjust the 3 side mount openers on there garage. Received my invoice today to find out that one opener was replaced. I called to inquire and was told that they would be happy to come back out to remove the opener. I ask why I was not contacted before a new $600 opener was installed and was told they are the only service provider in Muskoka and they don't have time to drive around. They just do it all in one trip. I totally understand the reasoning but was not offered a reason for not getting a simple call. Just the repeated we'll come back and remove it. I'll be definitely looking for another company in the future and do not recommend Muskoka Garage Door.
