My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a new vehicle from Nanaimo Honda. Our salesperson Sarah was extremely knowledgeable on the product that she was selling and was able to explain all of the new technology to my wife in a way that made her feel very comfortable in her new car. Sale manager Val was also first class. We feel like we were treated well with the purchase price of or new vehicle as well as what we received for our trade in.The true test of a business is how you are treated after the deal closes. We trust that if we have any issues with our new Honda that they are taken care of with the same professionalism that have already seen from Nanaimo Honda.

I recently purchased a vehicle through Nanaimo Honda. The sales staff and management were great! They were all friendly and knowledgeable. All of my interactions with Sarah, Mike, and Val were positive, without the pressure you often find at a dealership. Although I did end up spending more than I hoped, at the end of the day, I was satisfied with the price, impressed with the staff, and happy with the vehicle! Before I even stepped foot in the building, Sarah sent me a detailed email including a personalized video showing me the car. The day I viewed the car in person, Sarah was unavailable and Mike stepped in with no hesitation to spend time with me to explain all of the features. Val offered me a great price for my vehicle and all 3 made an effort to treat me like a valued customer. I would definitely go back and deal with them again!
