EDIT 2023: Thought I should mention there is a slight bump on my nose that did not expect to have after the surgery. However, I have the option to do a smaller procedure to basically shave down the bump. I’m overall happy with the result but I still keep that in the back of my mind. I highly recommend you prepare yourself mentally as results are never as perfect as you have in your mind, and don’t get fixated on the small imperfections.. you WILL drive yourself crazy (personal experience).2020: I want to say for anyone looking to have a surgery done with Dr. Rival, you can expect him and his team to make you feel comfortable and confident through the whole process.I had my Septorhinoplasty surgery done five weeks ago. My experience has been amazing starting from the consultation. Dr. Rival explained the process and goal/results of the surgery. Following the surgery, I didn't experience any pain at all, only some discomfort which is expected. As long as you follow the recommendations that help with the healing process, you will have a good recovery and future result. I still have a lot of time to go for the swelling to go down, but so far I'm very happy with the results.Dr. Rival was my first choice, and I made the right choice. His team is so supportive and accommodating. Shout out to Lyne for always being there for me to answer my questions and concerns!Definitely recommend to anyone!

the most amazing surgeon out there. you seriously cannot find anyone who treats his patients better. post surgery he made sure to check in every few days to see how i was doing and he made the whole procedure feel extremely comfortable. aside from Dr. Rival himself, the nursing staff at his toronto clinic are beyond phenomenal. due to covid i had to go into the surgery centre alone. as an 18 year old with severe medically induced anxiety, the staff there made me feel more comfortable than ever before. if you’re thinking about getting any sort of cosmetic surgery SEE DR RIVAL

Dr. Rival did a great job with my rhinoplasty. He was honest in discussions about what he could achieve, and I am very happy with the results. I should have done it decades earlier. The office staff are friendly and professional, and provide excellent support. I didn’t shop around for a cosmetic surgeon. I saw many positive reviews for Dr. Rival, and once I met him, I knew he was the right choice for me. I didn’t need to meet more surgeons because I found the best one right away.

Dr. Rival is an amazing surgeon! He answers all questions very thoroughly and confidently ensuring that you are in great hands. My nose came out even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I’m Beyond Upset With Dr. Rival’s Office !!I had a Referral to have a Consultation with Dr. Rival because I’m having Severe Breathing Issues aswell as Severe Sinus Infections Over and Over Again .. I followed Up with Dr. Rival’s Office to see if I could be put on a cancellation list or when roughly I could be seen to find out Immediately I Would NOT BE SEEN AT ALL!!I’ve Researched Dr. Rival and have Read ALL of his Phenomenal Reviews and Ratings to Be Just Be Ignored I’ve Never been Treated like Garbage in my Life!!

My results are great! I'm two weeks post op and I love my new nose! The healing right after the surgery was absolutely painless. Dr. Rival and his staff is very kind and did an great job. Also, his receptionist Lyne is very helpful and kind. She helped me get a faster surgery date although their schedule was extremely booked.

The decision to get my nose done was a big one for me. In my teens and 20s I always thought about getting it done, but life happened and I never did. As I approached my late 30s and began losing volume in my face, I feel like my nose became more pronounced and droopy and decided it was time. I went for several consultation elsewhere, however I found Dr. Rival to be the most kind, patient, and informative. Prior to booking my surgery date I had gone to see Dr. Rival a couple of more times just to alleviate some of my worry and to ask further questions. He was always very kind and patient with me and hs office staff were always very accommodating.I had my surgery at Southlake. The OR staff were friendly and reassuring. They walked me through what to expect during the surgery and recovery. I am now 4 months out and I am sooooo happy with my results. It looks so natural, no one has ever asked me whether i got my nose done. my scars are already fading and not really noticeable. I feel like I have been given a nose that I should have had in the first place.I would totally recommend Dr. Rival. I would definitely see him again for the other services he offers.Thank you Dr. Rival.
