Horrible service. All I wanted was 1 almond croissant. They said it will be 15 minutes. I waited. They said another 15 minutes. I ask about it again. It will be 5 seconds. I wait 5 minutes. She comes back out and said there was no batch being made at all. I waited over 30 minutes to be told nothing was being done. Garbage service.

Its a ok spot to get some food, but the zeppoles have to be one of the worst ive ever had. Still in shock on how bad they were, i felt like i was eating dough with whipped cream and sugar forsting inside. They're 4.25$ each, which comes out to a total waste of money.

Very nice desserts... I should say that their cheesecake (dressed with caramel) is the best. The filling is very like the filling of the cheesecake at Queue de Cheval. You can also order good pasta, but don't eat there, bring it back home and heat it in the oven.. much better!!

Disappointing. The croissants ( bught FOUR different ones ) were hard and the service slow although I was alone in the store. Two girls were talking between them and took them 30 seconds to finish the conversation before one came and served me. But the product quality was subpart. Was not expecting this. Is the second time I have that experience after some very old cakes a while back. Verdict : will not try again.

The administration treats their staff horribly! Food and goods are extremely overpriced and owner is rude as hell! To say the least a miserable old lady ! Please reconsider , Lafrenaie is so much better , staff is always welcoming as is the administration ( both Montreal and Laval location).

Amazing service, I had a delicious lunch with my kids (chicken wrap, shepherds pie and tortellini rosé) & I bought 6 desserts to bring home and they were sooooo delicious! The girls working there are super friendly and helpful. Enjoyable first visit, we will be back!
