There are so many great things to say about this company! They have helped our town of Kitchener-Waterloo grow in such unique ways. I can't wait to see what creative and innovative things they come up with next!

We have had a major issue, and no one is getting back to us. This is the third pre-construction unit I've purchased and by far the worst experience I've had. Based on this experience I wouldn't purchase from HIP again.

For trying to cancel a badly needed safe injection site in Barrie because you don't want it near your future construction site is not only lacking ethics but morality. I would never buy a unit from a company who tries to cancel a safe injection site, in a city you don't even headquarter in. Shameful. I'm betting you can't get out of your contracts quite so easy, but if you do, then your uninformed opinion will cost you millions. Please reconsider and do the right thing for our vulnerable. THAT'S the kind of corporate partners we need in Barrie. Do your research. It's a medical office, not a hang out.Oh, and were you not aware of the methadone clinic down the road? Its probably just as close as the Safe Injection Site. I don't see you cancelling contracts over that... seems arbitrary to me.
