Great selection of fresh beans on my first visit. Drip coffee’s are great too! But please fix your cups. It leaks even with the lids on.

i went on a weekday. no customers around. 4 giggling girls looking at their phones. no greetings. ordered a coffee that was passable. i will never go back to pilot coffee roasters. the same for the ossington location. sorry.

This is a convenient spot to grab a coffee at union station. Pilot coffee is my favourite local roaster. I picked up my favourite beans. The staff are polite and quick as this place is busy since people are commuting. A small location mostly for grab and go but if you need your coffee fix they have you covered.

You can try very fresh, tasty latte in pilot coffee. Staffs are friendly but I totally agree that this coffee shop is very slow :( And seats are very tight, and so don’t expect to grab your coffee and seated. Because of location, you can quickly grab your coffee and move on to your destination. Store close early like other non-franchise coffee shop located in finance district area.

The place is popular among the commuters at union, garnering a consistent small lineup at rush periods. I grabbed a lukewarm americano. The americano was terrible and tasted a little bit like cardboard. It was quite acidic and lacked a body or depth. It was not strong either. I would expect more from a specialty coffee store charging premium prices. I won’t ever go back or recommend this place to others.There is a little stand to pour your own milk and sugar in the front. There is no sitting spaces dedicated to the store and they do not accept cash. The store itself is quaint and well kept. The service was good, the person taking orders was welcoming to the customers that came in.

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. So I went in today at around 3:20 in the after noon and there were three employees. Two of them on their phone and one girl in grey T-shirt making a drink. I went in and hoped someone would greet me but I thought ok they prolly didn’t see. So when this said girl looked at me I said hi and she just ignored me??? Extremely rude and never coming back. They need to fix their attitude. If not don’t work in retail/ service based job. Coming from a barista myself. Oh and there was no other customer.

The coffee here is fantastic. I absolutely love the smoothness of the latte. I also tried one of the muffins which was actually very dense and dry which is the only reason why this isn't a 5 star review. Go for the coffee!
