Would give zero stars if possible. My daughter and her husband bought mens wedding ring and the owner insisted on him purchasing the ring half a size too large. The store lost the records several times before the purchase was made and even when they picked it up, he still insisted it was the right fit. They are very young and trusted the 'PROFESSIONAL'. Within two weeks, the Ring came off in a glove and then was lost in a lake. The owner, when asked, denied any responsibility and refused to do anything to rectify the situation. The couple is devastated.

Needed a new clasp on a chain. They said maybe a couple of days. They called in about 2 hours to say it was ready. Excellent service, reasonable cost and very friendly staff.

The best customer service! Had to get an engagement ring soldered to a wedding ban. Was from out of town and they were extremely accommodating to get it done within the same day. Messaged on Facebook and got back to me after business hours, extremely fast replies. Went above and beyond to take care of me. Also polished my ring without asking! Prices extremely reasonable!! Definitely my new store for all my jewelry needs. I definitely recommend to anybody!

Had some goldsmith work performed at this shop, and it was very well done. Couple the quality work with excellent customer service, and this is the place to go in Medicine Hat. Will be back.

I went to that store while it was still in the mall to get the battery for my watch switched out.The service was good. The person repairing the watches in the back even changed my battery when the first one they supplied did not initially work.Great store.
