Andrew and Dustin were amazing to work with. They did a service upgrade to our home. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The wiring within the panel looks like a work of art. Andrew and Dustin always answered all my questions and even gave me some answers for other projects I have going on a DIY level.

We had replaced a few older outlets in our kitchen and did not understand what kitchen splits are. We caused a shortage in our electrical panel and had to call in an expert. Of course this was Saturday at about 4pm. I did a google search and Grounded Grid Electric was the first listing. Picked up the phone and dialed and Andrew answered the phone. I explained my issue and he gave me a few options of what might have happened. He was able to get in touch with his partner Dustin and they came right away to fix the problem. Turns out we impacted 3 outlets and they were able to fix it in no time while instructing us about things we should look for and why these issues may happen. Even though we created the problem in the first place, Andrew and Dustin were very friendly and professional and didn't make us feel foolish.
