Quench installed a bottle-less water cooler system (hot & cold) for our office. Their customer representative (Felix) was helpful, prompt, and responsive throughout the process. 5-star rating goes to Felix!! Quench was also familiar with the requirements of our landlord/building prior to the installation so there were not surprises. I would recommend Quench if you need a water filtration /cooler system. It was installed today so I cannot comment on the longevity of the product, but so far, it works and the system does exactly what we need it to do. Thanks again.

As a returning customer, I can speak from my experience that Quench's customer service and staff are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. Felix is an amazing sales rep. super helpful and Dave (installation) is super friendly and will do the job right. Highly recommend this water cooler at your office, clinic or wherever you need top quality water filtration that has hot/cold feature.

Contracts auto renew without input from client. Stated we had a service schedule, but never scheduled any service unless we requested. Would not recommend.
