Don’t bother looking at the flyer, anything on sale won’t be in stock. Starting to think the employees are getting first dibs because this happens a lot, especially on big ticket items.

The makeup here is amazing, the smash box foundation, concealer, and liquid lipstick, and the cover girl liquid eyeliner stayed on for an entire trip to the bathroom after smoking too much, lipstick didn’t even smudge with my head in the toilet it was amazing lol

Always slow to fill prescriptions. I shouldn't have to wait 1.5 -2 hours!! I live out of town and am always having to wait around. Will no longer go to shoppers nor recommend to anyone. They use to give me a pager to say when my prescription was ready. At that time no more than 20 min!!

This place has the best prices on some select grocery items, as well as deals in all departments. It's my pharmacy of choice and I have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I should also note the cosmetic staff are very friendly, greeting you upon entry and taking the time to help me find specific products.

Waited an hour for a prescription that was sent in days ago! 6 staff working and no other customers. RIDICULOUS!!!

Poor help worst pharmacists in town . Wouldn't even bother trying to help me just said to take some numbing cream and hope it goes away.Update: I went to Alpine drug mart and they fixed me right up no questions asked after they seen how frustrated I was with shoppers. Needless to say I will NEVER go to shoppers pharmacy ever again . the female pharmacist that works there is useless and very rude and needs to learn how to treat customers with respect .

The lady with a shopping cart full off items, in front of my co-worker, went to leave the store and the security alarm went off. The employee that was there looked at the woman, the woman laughed, the employee laughed and waved at her to keep going. My co-worker finished paying, walks through and the security alarm goes off. The employee walks over, without saying a word she grabs the bag of items out of her hand and takes it back to the cashier.The first woman was white, can you guess the race of my co-worker?We travel here every other week for work. Today your store humiliated and embarrassed a hard working, caring young woman. She’s a skilled public speaker, I challenge you to invite her in to educate your staff on racial profiling and long term impact it has on society and individuals.

If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Have been with the shoppers pharmacy my entire life. Usually no issues. The last few months I have had nothing but problems with them- with serious mistakes being made.First- I was given the wrong dosage of medication, resulting in me being ill and not feeling myself.When I approached the staff there, no one took responsibility and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I was told by the main pharmacist that he would follow up with me to see how I was feeling, yet I haven’t heard a single word from him! Had I not noticed, serious issues could have occurred.Second- I called there to have a prescription refilled. I was advised that it would be filled for me in the next 20 minutes. When I went in to get it the next day, there was no recollection that I had even called. Again, no responsibility taken.Third- today I called about some questions. Needless to say, the customer service is lacking in the pharmacy department at shoppers in Rocky Mountain House.I will be filing a complaint with Shoppers and the Alberta College of Pharmacies.
