Keith is awesome. He did windows and power washing for our company and did an amazing job for a fair price. He is really knowledgeable about what will/won't work for the surface, and has multiple solutions to get the job done. We will be bringing him back for our yearly maintenance!

I emailed a few different power washing companies in Vancouver for a quote. Keith was the only one who even responded - and he did so within minutes.We live in the middle of the forest (literally) and needed washing of about 100 stairs down to our house. Keith and team did a great job even when our water supply (a forest creek!) - crapped out on us. Pleasant, punctual, and super easy to deal with - recommended.

Keith and his team did amazing work treating our very tricky steep concrete tile roof and removing 25 years of accumulated moss, grime and bird droppings. Impeccable work from estimation through taking care of the neighbours through clean up. I highly recommend them!

After two companies declined taking the job of clearing the algae and moss from our pavers, aggregate concrete and glass panes because the job was too big/too hard, Keith took the job.We are thrilled with the results! Keith and Oscar were professional, tidy, thorough and the hard working. After completing the job, we got them to do more work for us. They soft washed our entire house and the difference is crazy!I would highly recommend Superhero Property Maintenance, and we will be using them again in the future.

Superhero is super fantastic! They were prompt and professional and worked with enthusiasm. They transformed our parkade, driveway, concrete siding and walkways to new. Keith and his team prepped our house for painting by both pressure washing and where required soft washing. Our house is over 100 years old so taking the proper care is important and I felt like we were in good hands with Keith. I contacted Super Hero Property Maintenance to remove algae stains from my house front and sides and to power wash the sidewalks and various stone work on the property.Keith came as promised and proofed to be not only professional and thorough but also to be a reliable trustworthy and very kind person.My home now looks fresh and clean again and in particular my inside yard gets great comments from visitors as Keith brought out amazing colors in the stonework.Pricing was fair and I can only highly recommend this company.See you again in spring Keith!

Superhero Property Maintenance
Keith did a wonderful job cleaning our building's skylights today. Access wasn't the easiest and he had to organize how to haul water up to the roof to achieve the excellent results he delivered. Keith's personable manner, his punctuality, attention to detail and reliability are all worth 5 stars in themselves! Thanks for a very good job!
