A rare find for which I am grateful to a friend. Hard to find a good mechcnic who you can trust. I trust these guys 100% they do a good honest job and do it well. As long as I have cars and as long as these guys are around. I have no reason to go elsewhere.I have been there for complex jobs like Timing belts for my Acura TL and they are great.

A neighbour whose BMW is serviced here recommended the shop. My son-in-law needed a new battery for his M3 and I took it to Progressive. They got one and installed it. More importantly, they were able to do the computer reset that is required for effective operation of the car with a new battery.When my own BMW is no longer under warranty, I will also bring my car to Progressive. The shop is not fancy but they certainly seem competent and that is the most important aspect. Especially John seemed very knowledegable about BMW.

Progressive Automotive Repair
Really reliable and honest. I really like that they scale the repair to the car and budget. They'll do the cheaper fix or just let you know it's not needed if you've got an older car to stretch out, or do the full fix when the car is worth it. Even when I was sure there was something expensively wrong they've done a simple cheap fix.That they seem to keep busy without any advertising (that I know of) or even a website, just by word of mouth, says a lot about their work.

Great place, very quick and professional service. However after my A/C repair I noticed that my air intake snorkel was broken and left there, not taking in air.I called back and asked to replace the snapped bracket holding the intake but it was just loosely zip tied for a quick fix rather than replacing the part that was snapped off.Overall good mechanic.

Prompt, friendly service. Work is always well done, and their rates are extremely fair.Went in for an oil change today. Had a clunking noise, they repaired it right then and for very reasonable price. They're my car guys!
