We went looking for animals for a birthday cake decoration. Found foxes And titles, swans...They did not disappoint. Staff was very helpful. They have so many craft items, I could spend hours there. Prices are decent. Store is neat.

A bit emptier than it was in the last few years, I can only think to blame COVID. Still a nice place to shop in, staff is nice though very limited (again, blaming COVID). Was happy to find products I had bought 3 years ago! Ad bought them again.

Amazing service! The manager Veronica was beyond helpful. She was so nice to me and gave me such good advice on which Cricut machine to get and items I should get to begin. I haven’t had such good service in a very long time. Thank you Veronica!

I had a terrible experience when I wanted to purchase a custom frame here. I was waiting at the custom frame counter for an eternity but nobody showed up. I tried to find an employee on the floor for assistance but it was an absolute ghost town. I literally had to stand next to the employees only door and ask an employee for help as soon as they exited. It’s like the employees don’t want to be bothered. The woman who then served me at the custom frame area was professional and polite but I was definitely overcharged for the frame I ordered. The frame itself was good quality but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least and I don’t know if I’d return.

My wife loves this place since they have all kind of craft supplies, their mystery gifts boxes at the end of the season is always fun to wait for since you can get good merchandise and crazy prices!! I also want to thank the staff since they are always friendly and they know their store.
