We weren't sure what to expect going to purchase our first vehicle together but our salesperson, Rosie, made us feel so welcome and comfortable right away! We had done a lot of research of what we wanted, but didn't really know a lot about purchasing a vehicle! She answered all of our questions (no matter how silly they may have been) and made the entire process so easy, fun, and accommodating!I highly recommend going to this dealership and if you're lucky enough to have Rosie help you out it is safe to say you are in GREAT hands. She will go over every detail with you, so you are confident in your purchase and is truly there to help you out. We never once felt pressured or rushed here, which was AMAZING! We are so happy with our minivan, and the wonderful service from all the staff we encountered at Bay King!

100% worth the drive from Toronto to Bay King Chrysler. I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. Working in a dealer as a mechanic to teaching auto in a high school. From start to finish, Rosie took care of everything and treated us as if we were family. She got us a great deal and made sure the transaction went perfectly by overseeing all parts of the transaction. Rosie spoke clearly and we never felt pressured. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you for a great experience.

Recently bought a used Jeep Cherokee from Bay King, would highly recommend and received great customer service from Rosie and John! Had to buy a new vehicle unexpectedly after my wife’s car was totalled in an accident. Would definitely recommend Rosie, she contacted me on her day off and even came in to show my wife and I a couple cars we saw on their website. We ended buying a Jeep Cherokee and love it. Had a few slight issues with the vehicle after it was purchased, and Rosie and John took care of it!

I'll try and keep the explanation of my rating short and to the point. First off, I have had nothing but amazing customer service from the people in the Service department, so thank you for that!During my 1st visit, after more than 10 days of my car being at the dealership, I picked it up and noticed 2 scratches on my tailgate. When I asked them to fix it, they said they are not sure if this happened while my car was there. They can easily check their cameras and see that it was.During my 2nd service there, they took off my tonneau cover ( i don't know why ) without my permission to replace the back windshield and brook my tonneau cover lock and left a dirty towel inside my car. What a horrible service.No-one seemed to care, the personal service manager was gone. Needless to say, I was so upset I found another dealership to give my business to and will not return here. There was never any real apologies given. This is only my personal experience so please judge for yourselfHorrible Management 0 out of 5What a huge disappointment. I had the most best experience here at this location! Service was great and I’m happy with my purchase. I like to say matt was great very helpful and friendly. And thank you to everyone. They provided me with a shuttle to pick up the Jeep and full tank of gas I will recommend everyone out there to absolutely come to this dealership and ask for Matt I was treated like a queen!

When you are greeted by their welcoming receptionist, askfor Jim (salesperson) and Jamie (manager), these two will be straight with you and treat you like family. I felt so taken care of with no judgment at all. My husband and I actually left another dealership and came to BayKing because they understood our needs and listened. I recently purchase a used 2020 ram 1500 from bay king. Salesman was great. But that was it. I was delayed getting the truck by almost a week getting parts to repair it. I let it slide then after I get it it looks like a 10 year old detailed it. Next I had an abs light come up on the dash that would come and go, brought it in the techs, was returned with know results. Now I have a check engine light. Haven’t even had the truck for 10 days. Last time going to bay king.

So 11 months ago I brought in my leased 2020 Jeep Wrangler because the paint was bubbling up on all my door hinges and the bottom of the door itself on both sides. Service took photos and did a work order. Weeks went by and I went in on several occasions until they told me the repair was approved. Months went by and every time I went in, they had some excuse. Today I returned once again, and NOW they tell me they are NOT GOING TO REPAIR IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TOO MANY JEEPS WITH PAINT PROBLEMS! This is the most pathetic service I have ever encountered - and this is my THIRD Jeep - Probably my last if this is what to expect. I will never recommend that someone buys a vehicle at Bay King.
