Over the past few years I have eaten here at this location at least once a month. On the weekends later in the evening (after 8pm) I found the bread and ingredients were not that fresh which brings the taste way down. So I would avoid those times, but usually I go during the weekdays 11am-5pm always been fresh and really good. Unlike some subways this location won’t skimp on the toppings, if you say lots of tomatoes they actually load it up without becoming grumpy or grouchy. Friendly staff and clean restaurant!

Horrible experience. The lady working Friday morning was unprofessional and rude. Just wanted to order the $5 for 2 sidekicks but she said I can't order the bacon and egg, which is cheaper than the crispy chicken she is forcing me to get.Burned my sidekicks by baking in the microwave oven twice and deliberately chose the thinnest slice of tomato.Honestly the worst subway experience I ever had and I have gone to a good number of different subways. I can see why this subway has a lower score than the rest of the other franchises.

I have been here multiple times and theres a difference in service between the servers. Theres one girl with glasses who serves very well and then we come across the second one who isnt happy in the late hours of serving and doesnt listen to the instructions well at all. The sauces are less. Lettuce a lot and other veggies less too. We got to a point where we got tired of telling her the same thing over and over again and let her make the order according to her. I would rather visit other subway outlets. Because im munching on a very dry sub right now.

After leaving with our order, I have a stomach ache from the woman making our four subs, yelling at me I told her in a proper volume and tone, we'd like one sub with a meal deal. After paying and asking for the cookie, as we had the drink, you did not tell me

Dont go there. Better go somewhere else.Staff need more training and need to ve faster, productive, efficient.The girl asked the guy to help her in the front, he said he was busy cleaning something.Besides, there weren't 2 types of bread and no guacamole at 3:20 pm.

I walked into this subway to grab a bite to eat on my way home to Richmond from visiting my parents. There was a guy in front of me who ordered first and while I was waiting I was holding my wallet and phone in my hands deciding what to eat. I felt like the woman making the sandwich kept staring at me...not focusing on her job..., finally, she says “excuse me-please don’t record me or point your camera at me. Do not even angle it at me.” I was shocked, her English was broken but I understood what she just said. My screen on my phone was dark. My arms were crossed, i was not even actively using my phone nor would I feel the need to record someone making sandwiches. I didn’t even realize it was pointed towards her as that is something I never consider especially since I was not recording her... moral of my story-she was very rude, made me feel extremely uncomfortable for doing nothing except waiting to order food. I will not return as a result of being made to feel awkward. Thanks for the “lovely” experience Susan (her name on her name tag).

Not impressed...and never really have been with this location, its ways something. Why do i go back My? Because my kids go to martial arts by there and so we went in today to grabbed a few sandwiches. Got home 20 min later and one of the sandwiches the bread is so hard that it just crummbed in dust when trying to eat it. The worst part, it was one of kids sandwiches. Honest im done never going back. Ill drive to Port Moody where the Subway on St. John is always great.
