EMCO Custom Cabinets

We are very happy with the work that Mary and John do. We started out having them make cabinets for our bathrooms and was so impressed by what they did that we decided to have them design and install cabinets for our kitchen. They are excellent people to work with.. Mary is full of ideas, options and pictures, and John is very professional, patient and helpful. Together they make this a really good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .in fact I have recommended them to my relatives who are also very pleased with their work.

Mary from EMCO kitchen cabinet company really DID A GREAT and FANTASITIC JOB for me for re-building the whole kitchen (see photo for BEFORE and AFTER). Starting from the beginning, Mary suggested to remove the whole kitchen cabinets and island that were provided from the builder, and re-designed the overall layout that I really liked with. Also for installation, Mary also had a very detailed follow-up during every stage.So, I really recommended this company if you want to have your dream" kitchen setup in your house

My husband and I went to see Mary to look into having bathroom vanities and cabinets made. We hit it off with Mary right away. She was welcoming and helpful! We were thrilled with everything her and her team made for our renovated bathrooms. When I needed a new bedroom dresser I thought of Mary. I wanted something a little different and Mary was open to creating something I would love. It came out gorgeous. I have recommended Mary to friends who have been very happy with everything she has made for them. She deliveries what she promises and has realistic timelines. Thanks Mary!!!!

EMCO was easy to deal with and Mary worked with us to custom design the cabinet to fit perfectly in our bathroom. She even went a step beyond on customer service and provided us with shelves inside the cabinet and replaced a scratched handle at no cost. I would highly recommend EMCO to anyone requiring cabinets.Note: Added 4/26/2022 by purchaser: One thing that we should have asked EMCO for is to make sure that the entire cabinet was painted the same color. If you take a look at the attached pictures, you can see that the end piece is a different shade white than the doors and drawers. We did not know any better to ask and wanted to put it out there for people purchasing cabinets in the future.

Don't even think about using this company. They did an amateur job and refuse to remedy the inferior work. You have been warned.I wouLd NEVER exPect to get free work done.That is a LIE.Right from the start I offered to pay.I was given the excuse that the machinery is down for a month even though machinery is not necessary for the repairs. Doors need adjusting, new taping etc.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

3 yrs. ago my husband and I went to a store in Richmond Hill looking for faucets and other accessories for the 3 bathrooms we were planning to renovate. At the same time we were alsolooking for custom made vanities and cabinets. Next door to the store was Emco Cabinets. As we went in we were greeted by Mary. She was so friendly that she made you feel like family. We were so impressed that we ordered the bathroom and laundry room cabinets.Last Sept. we decided to renovate our kitchen. Again we went to see Mary, she was so happy and delighted to see us as we were too. She went to work right away designing the overall layout of the kitchen with my input. Mary has great vision, full of ideas and suggestions and we were impressed with her ability to know exactly what is needed. Mary is sweet, very helpful and accommodating. John her husband does the installation. He’s patient and very efficient. They’re both excellent to work with and both went well beyond the extra mile. Whenever I had issues right away they tried to fix it or found a solution to the problem. We are extremely happy with the final results. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and excellent service.

We recently renovated a bathroom and closet and visited EMCO custom cabinets in Richmond Hill.  we had some idea of what needed to be done and Mary just made it better.  she had some very sound and practial advise and tons of photos to show us and give us ideas on what to do.  the entire process was very pleasant, workmanship and quality of material excellent.  Prices are very reasonable and the end results were amazing.  I would go back without hesitation!

We recently had a new quartz countertop installed in our home by EMCO Custom Cabinets. We were extremely happy with the final result. Everyone we dealt with, from Mary who coordinated the installation to the installers, were professional and accommodating. The service was top notch. We would definitely use EMCO again.

My husband and I stumbled upon Emco five years ago when we were renovating our house. They were close by, so we stopped in for a look. Immediately upon entering the shop, we were greeted warmly by Mary. She is so friendly and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in.She helped us design and create our kitchen and custom shelving in our walk in closet. We have gotten so many compliments on them.Half a year later, we decided to hire them again to build built in shelving around our fireplace. And today, they have just completed a custom vanity for our master bath.It really helps if you have a vision and know exactly what you want. Then Mary and John are able to design and execute the plan. Mary is also very helpful in suggesting ideas if you need some inspiration. She has a tv screen where she shows all the projects she has completed.If something is not up to your standard, they are very willing to rectify the issue. This happened to us on two different occasions and I’m happy to say that their customer service is excellent.Their prices are very reasonable. We have recommended them to many of our family members and friends, all who were satisfied with their work.
