I will stay away in the future!They don't have the capacity to handle customers during rush hour.As for the food... Yikes!I ordered a salad and you can see what they served me in the pictures. Nothing on the salad was prepared for a salad. They just used the things they put in the burgers to make a salad. The lettuce was at least two days old. The cucumber and the tomato were old too, but thankfully they only put 2-3 slices of each. And finally, no silverware or any dressing in the take out bag.What a bad experience. All of Harvey's stores just lost us from customers.

I ordered delivery 15 minutes prior to them closing. I ordered 6 burgers with different toppings & received all 6 the same with Spicy Peppers. Unable to eat spicy, the burgers went to the garbage & I wasnt able to contact the restaurant due to them being closed when I received my order.Its as if whoever was preparing the order was spiteful that I ordered right before their closing hours. I definitely will not be ordering from here again.

I had a problem with an order that I placed but could not pick it up because the restaurant was closed “Opening hours are not updated on the mobile application”I sent them a message and the responded right away. And I scheduled a time with them to pick up the food.The food I got is Fresh and super delicious!!It is my favourite Harvey’s now!!

Worst harveys ever!!!!! Friday the 24 of marche 2023 at 9:37pm, i wanted to order something to eat, the person was disrespectful, she told me she told me that they were closed when their supposed to close at 10pm, not 9:37pm. The person was trying to tell me that she was alone working and have no beef meat available when i just wanted a putine and while there was 3 people inside working together. The worst harveys ever, that was not the first time that i got dissapointed over there. Last time, i saw a hair in my poutine when i ate from this harveys and another time when i wanted a slush redbull watermelon and pay an additional flavor blueberry, the person refused to give my my order! Guys dont go to this harveys!!! Worst clientele and worst place to go to!!!

Mom & I went to have our meal at Harvey’s on Arthur Sauve in St Eustache.Honestly the restaurant needs tender loving care! It’s seems that it has not been updated or cleaned in ages. The floors, windows, walls, under the benches, is so filthy! The staff don’t seem to clean the tables or the trash bins because the bins were discussing dirty!!! And my the staff do not know how to greet customers they have no smiles …. I feel that we were bothering them!!!I also noticed that some wear jewelry and nail polish which by the mapaq you are not supposed to be wearing any of this!!! I know for a fact because I work in this field (kitchen) and we are not allowed to wear nail polish or jewelry.Note it is not the first time I go there! If I could have takin pics to ad them with my comment I certainly would have to prove how our visit was.Also, as we were leaving other customers were also making comments about how they couldn’t find a clean table to sit at and how dirty the place was!I personally wouldn’t even give it a star!Finally if the MAPAQ would go for a visit I am sure they would close it or give a fine!

Food was mostly okay, but cold. Service was just barely ok. This location seems to have a hard time getting good staff from what I see. Came a couple times last year and was told they were closed really early in the evening (around 6-7) more than twice. The only reason I give it a chance is because other locations tend to be good. The food itself here is good, but poorly prepared and ensembled.
