I recently furnished my new condo and needed new furniture. I decided to check out Moe's in Vancouver, where I met Jaco, who was extremely helpful with all my furniture needs. He not only knows his stuff, but Moe's also has an amazing selection of furniture. With Jacos assistance, I found the perfect chairs for my living room, along with a beautiful coffee table. I visited Moe's home collection downtown location. I was greeted by one of the staff members named CJ.He asked if there was anything I was looking for or needed any assistance.I asked him to recommend some outdoor tables and chairs for summer, and he showed me some collections. I found one which I thought would be perfect for my space.He was professional and informative with details and answered all of my questions.I received a follow-up regarding our order and received precise details and instructions on the next steps.CJ, if you can see this, thank you for your time! My visit to Moe's Furniture was very pleasant. There is a salesman (his name is Cj) and he is very nice and has been most helpful. The furnitures there are very modern and elegant, and with the help of Cj, we were able to pick some good furnitures for the new home. I highly recommend this shop and this salesman to anyone who is looking for some good furnitures.

My husband and I have been huge fans of Moe’s Home for years. The majority of our small apartment is sourced from this store, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ve found it’s one of the few places that not only carries items for bigger homes but also smaller spaces; making it accessible to so many more people. It carries all the trends and styles you gush over online and in magazines, and their sales are some of the best in the city. More recently, my husband and I came looking for items to furnish our new home and met Jaco, one of their newest sales associates. Jaco was incredibly friendly and warm, committed to helping realize our vision, and knowledgeable about all of the products and options that might be of interest to us. While we’ve always loved this store, Jaco’s hospitality reaffirmed exactly why we return time and time again. Thank you for all your help, Jaco!

Edit to add: I was able to get my refund with the help of Moe's customer service staff. They escalated the case so I am able to get the full amount but Hudson's Bay will not refund the delivery fee for us even with the time wasted on this ridiculous department store chain.--A WASTE OF MY TIME. ALMOST A YEAR TO BE MORE SPECIFIC.NOT A FEW MONTHS. A YEAR.I ordered 2 pairs (4 chairs in total) of Norman chair from MOE'S via Hudson's Bay Major Home Fashion in Richmond Centre on July 23rd 2022 and received half of them damaged. They got replaced TWICE and each time, ALL OF THE ITEMS WE RECEIVE HAVE BROKEN LEGS.It has been so frustrating and tiring to contact them because they are very unresponsive and absolutely not accomodating. I have been complaining each time through email and call which takes up hours to reach the customer service and explain the situation, ONLY TO NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.I REQUESTED A REFUND MULTIPLE TIMES BUT NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION TO DO SO.They keep insisting an EXCHANGE and ALL EXCHANGES WE HAVE ARE BROKEN.WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER EXCHANGE WHEN ALL OF THE ITEMS DELIVERED WERE UNUSABLE.To elaborate more about the timeline:July 23, 2022 - date of orderAugust 13, 2022 - promised delivery dateAugust 24, 2022 - delayed delivery with damaged chairs; requested for replacementAugust 25, 2022 - provided photos and informationAugust 26, 2022 - responded email without any solution (case 11707465)August 31, 2022 - exchange approved (Service Request 12148856)September 24, 2022 - Replacement 1 delivered WITH DAMAGED CHAIRS; requested for replacement but no case was provided; waited for week but no one followed upCalled multiple times in between dates and went to Richmond Centre Hudson's bay, no one provided solutionsOctober 30, 2022 - Customer service RESPONDED asking for details and photosNovember 6, 2022 - Refund/exchange request was REJECTED, bad review had to be posted on Moe's before they granted us an EXCHANGEDecember 30, 2022 - Replacement 2 delivered WITH DAMAGED CHAIRS; emailed and called customer service but I was informed there were no staffs were on duty. No one got back to the email.January 7, 2023 - called and emailed with detailsJanuary 12, 2023 - requested for updates; called during working hoursI HAVE WASTED ALL MY TIME AND MONEY FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I JUST WANT TO RETURN EVERYTHING AND A FULL REFUND.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UPSETTING.HUDSON'S BAY IS VERY INEFFICIENT AND IT PUTS A DENT ON THESE LOCAL BRANDS

As an interior designer, I have been shopping at Moes Home for a number of years.Moes Home has always provided excellent customer service and fair prices.
