We are from Beaver Bank and decided to go for a drive today. Stumbled across this really lovely place! Set just aside a pretty little river, it's a really clean, friendly, laid back little restaurant with a beautiful patio area! It was challenging to decide what to order; they have pretty good variety, but its also not overly large of a menu which is nice. My husband ordered the chicken caesar wrap with soup of the day (which was beef barley). I had their pot pie, which also came with a side so I asked for french fries and to have them ahead of our meal. French fries were tasty, they definitely keep their oil clean which is nice. Oh my gosh, the portions are killer. My pot pie was literally the size of a football with the most beautiful puff pastry top. The gravy was honestly one of the best I've had; really creamy and flavourful without being too rich. Big chunks of proper chicken and vegetables too. My husband said his wrap and soup were both really good - he was surprised at the size of the 'side soup'. We couldn't finish everything. Considering the meal we had, bill was just over $30 - very reasonable. Even though coming here was an accident today, we will definitely come again!

We went for a little drive today with our baby and dog. Our server was Jessica and I didn't catch the other girls name. They were both fantastic and very accommodating. Thanks for making our lunch very enjoyable!! Luna loved the attention and Ozzie loved the pets :):)

visited with a group of 9 mid afternoon while on a run. It took 2.5 hours to get in, eat, and get out. Our orders were wrong, their tap water was not drinkable, my bill had things on it I didn't order, the food seemed undercooked.. nachos were a joke, barely anything on them and the cheese wasent even properly melted. asked for 5 chicken tenders and got 3, not very big either, and barely any fries.. just frozen junk .. another terrible experience at this place.i'm sure i'll be back though.. it's good they welcome people who are dirty from the trails, and warm meal is nice... just get your s#it together - service was a joke and portion sizes are small..

This is the only place to grab a bite to eat when at cedar dunes or west point lighthouse. However, it has some very delicious food and the atmosphere is fitting. We were there in off season, so the menu was limited but it still offered many tasty items. The staff are friendly and quick service.

Enjoyed home made beef barley soup with a tasty shaved steak sandwich. Partner had chicken Caesar salad which had over cooked croutons. Prompt friendly service and fair price and satisfactory portions.

Had decided to go for a drive and some supper it was one of the best meals I have ever had at any Pub the Steak dish was fantastic, my Wife haddock out of this world, onion rings were great and the cheese cake was to die for. The Service was Second to none. Just a Great spot which we will visit again.
