The service is absolutely pathetic at this location. You have 5 guys just standing around goofing around, then the one lady trying to get an order figured out. They have 3 registers, I am standing there and no one can help? Then after waiting almost 5 minutes I reach upstairs and all of a sudden they fill the cash registers. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The price sets McD's away ahead of the pack. Can't be beat. You may have to wait a bit- maybe even ask for a correction to the order. But the coffee is not $2.75 or $3. And remember that the kids are trying to make you feel satisfied. 5 stars for the best value in town ✨️

I have no comment on the food as they are pretty standard, but the environment is not so good. Tables are always dirty with food debris. Dim lighting makes the place looks shabby.

It's a McDonalds but busy quiet often , so you would be waiting for a few minutes to put an order in. Recommended to do mobile order in advance.

Unorganized mayhem.When I was there at 11:35 on Aug 30 it was not busy at all but I had to watch my Big Mac get soggy in the bag as it sat under the heat lamp waiting for fries next to two other orders. It took forever so I asked them to re-do the order. They were not happy to do that. I should have cancelled for a refund. Both other folks waiting for fries with burgers under heat lamp were unhappy too. A third Lady was fuming that they lost her order entirely. What a freak show. Not even busy, just disorganized with staff galore tripping over each other.Back to the BK in WalMart for me.

In the age of too much stress, I am glad at least at this Mcdonald’s, the employees have not been effected. Their relaxed attitude towards waiting customers should enable them to remain healthy. Of course the stress they impart on all the people waiting while they gossip and frolic is another story!

Fast and efficient. The app makes a difference in ordering. No more misunderstood requests or wrong orders. Especially with the morning chaos of everyone ordering the breakfast food at the drive thru. Sometimes they'll have breakfast specials on the app and it makes a difference in terms of savings. Plus you get to bank more points when using the app. Today I went and got a sausage and egg McMuffin. It was soft and the sausage juicy and not dry. My only criticism is that sometimes when they make the sandwich, it's a little messy and the packaging wrap is a little greasy. The sandwich and coffee was good.

Very very very very slow. I put in an order and finally had to leave without it as I had to open store on time. So am out the money. Don’t use this McDonald’s unless you have lots and lots of time to spare. It needs to improve customer service and efficiency!!
