Party bus rental toronto started off a little rocky for us with some miscommunication between which day to be picked up. In the end we ended up getting to the show and had a great time. Davids excellent customer service and cooperation got us a bus within an hour of the original pick up time and also gave us a $200 discount as well as mike giving an additional $50 credit for next time we use there service. The circus bus is a hell of a ride. Good sound system good lighting and the drivers are great, easy going people. All in all its safe to say we'll be taking that circus bus in the future. Thanks David and Mike for working with us, u really helped make our day a happy one!

Had the most unprofessional encounter with this company. The man was so rude shouted at me multiple times. Refused to give me any details on my booking. Had to cancel and WILL never use them. SAVE YOURSELf A headache and just book elsewhere

We rented a coach bus for a work event and were very pleased with the service we received from Party Bus Rentals Toronto. Our drive, Alan, was on time and very friendly and polite. Despite traffic, we arrived to our destination in a timely manor and felt safe with our drive on the way there and back. I would highly recommend this company for any large group transportation needs. They are quick to respond with any requests and are very easy to deal with. Overall a great experience. I am not sure why other people have down-voted, but it's all based on bias as one would assume. This company was fantastic Joe and Dave both were very easy to communicate with and incredibly efficient. The driver was on-time for both pick-ups. Jesscia (our driver) was so awesome and very nice, by far the best driver we have ever had. Thank you all. Will definitely use this service again.

Do not use this service.From start to finish, arguably the worst experience I've ever encountered with a company. Our trip was from Hamilton to Niagara Falls and the next day Falls to Buffalo for the Bill game and back home.-Prices changed leading up to the event. We had originally agreed to pay for our driver hotel and the week of, they declined the room and added on $300 (extra $100 for us)-Bus on the way there was dated and had no AC. After letting them know, they said a new bus would come-New bus arrived, 30 mins late and AC was working on the way there.-For the 3hr drive home, in 33c weather, AC stopped working.-After our final drop off, our driver who had no AC told us the 18% gratuity doesn't go to him, it goes to the owner. We gave him $200 USD-Called the owner, who started to yell at us that we're not honoring the price and it's not his problem the AC didn't work. When he found out about the tip, he said he would refund the incremental dollars given. Called us back and said the driver denied getting anything and said to never call him again-Over charges, took extra money, didn't refund dollars he promised, sub par vehicles and an owner that will yell at you for their service.-Highly recommend staying away. Don't ruin your special occasion like we did with these guys.

Our group did a day of winery visits in Niagara region. Our driver, Mirhan, was great!! Party bus was clean and well equipped with sound and lighting.He was on time (early actually) and was prepared with his GPS for ease of navigating our many stops.Joe, who arranged the booking was great to deal with also.If our group does this again, we will be using next time!!Thank you!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANYMy husband and I rented a 22 person limo bus as a shuttle service between our wedding venue and hotel. The experience with our driver was horrendous. We spent almost 2 hours of our wedding night dealing with the driver rather than enjoying our celebration. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.When booking, our sale person Joe was wonderful and attentive, giving us no indication that our experience the day of would be so wildly different.The driver arrived but could not get the payment system to connect to the internet so we were unable to pay. He was not willing to leave for the first shuttle without being paid despite it being an issue with his system. After some time, he agreed to take an imprint of our credit card and call the back office to process payment. Back office did not answer several calls so again payment could not be made. He continued to refuse to leave without payment even though we would be taking the last shuttle of the night to the hotel where reception would be better or we could go to an ATM if necessary. My father ended up bribing the driver to leave.By this point, he left for the first shuttle 30mins late making it impossible to do the hourly shuttle we had requested. By 12:15am he had not returned and we were getting concerned, called him a dozen times before he answered and did not end up arriving until 12:40am, taking 70 mins to do a 40min roundtrip drive. One of my guests asked why he was late at which point he accosted the guest and started yelling at him. My husband intervened and he proceeded to then tell at my husband and make a scene.At this point we decided to cut our wedding 20mins short and skip our last dance (which was very important to us) because given his erratic behavior we were concerned he would leave and he was our only way to the hotel (being in a remote area with no cabs/Uber).It took 40mins to get to the hotel (a 25min drive) which he spent alternating driving partially on the shoulder and partially crossing the center line.All in all, between my husband and I alternating between handling the situation, spending 30+ mins attempting to pay the driver, spending 20mins trying to get ahold of him to ensure he was returning, acosting our guests, cutting our wedding short and losing our first dance. The entire experience was shocking and heartbreaking.I called Joe the Monday afterwards to relay our experience and he was very understanding and agreed it was unacceptable. He told me to email details and a refund amount I thought was reasonable. I requested 1/3 of the price refunded plus the gratuity which Joe agreed was reasonable (we had paid in full when we arrived at the hotel and had signal - I wish we hadn't). I called after 1 week for an update, I was informed management was having a hard time contacting the driver to investigate. It has now been a month and I have do not expect to receive anything.The experience with this company tarnished the memory and stole countless moments of one of the most important days of our life. Any self-respecting company with integrity would have heard this story, apologized profusely and refunded far more than 30% immediately. This company is despicable, greedy, and could not care less about the service they provide. Do not hire them.

I am so disheartened to have been forced into a position where I feel the only relief is to broadcast my experience to others:1. The limo was terrific.2. The driver was serviceable, until...3. The driver lied to me, tricking me to believe no gratuity was included in the invoice, scamming me out of an extra $65 tip (extra of the initial $35).4. I pleaded for my money back, not daily, but regularly, for 2 weeks.5. The sales manager was toxic, twisting words to avoid a refund, untilceasing communication completely. Telling me he needed to run any decisions past the owner. (Update: I later discovered this sales manager WAS THE OWNER.)They offered a $100 future credit, but I told them I don't live nearby, it was a one-time thing. They offered half of the extra tip back, but withheld the other half because they told me I was partly responsible, and that it was my word against their staff." Exactly what you want to hear a company say after they scam you."

I've used the Party Bus more than a few times now and it's always been fantastic!From start to finish, PBRT made each experience very memorable.We enjoyed their services for our Downtown trips so much, that we hired them to provide shuttle services for our wedding, and they did not disappoint.The Customer service staff was very patient, when I was not.. Weddings can be stressful..The Drivers called and made sure to keep us up to date on status for transporting guests and were on time every steps of the way!I cannot stress enough how satisfied we were with the whole experience and will definitely be calling again for our next Concert/Club night!

I have worked them for many years (I am a wedding planner) and I came here to rave about what a great company they are when I saw 2 recent reviews which are clearly fake. Such a shame other companies feel the need to slander a really good business.Anyways, for all those looking to know what to expect: They are friendly and attentive each and every time I book, They have a really wide variety of vehicles and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure each every customer is satisfied.
