Bought our thermopompe from JW in 2017, have always had fast and friendly service with a fair price. When our aircon died on the hottest day of the year, their helpful and efficient service desk was able to provide same day service from a wonderful technician who suffered thru the horrific heat to fix our problem. (Merci Guillaume!!) Highly recommended

The company is very reliable and thorough. The plumber came and knew exactly what he has to do. He came well prepared and lost no time and finished the job perfectly. He even brought his own shoe covering not to dirty my floor. I highly recommend J W plumbing to whoever reads this.

I have been using JW Plumbing for over 40 years. I started with the founder, Joe; then dealt with his son, Sam; and now have the pleasure to work with the founder’s grandson, Josh.The company is über reliable. They take care of their customers. They have come to my rescue on several occasions over many years. Their work is well-done and they have competitive rates.Their phone-answering staff- Olga, Alice, and Cindy are very helpful and are delightful to deal with - and they work tirelessly to resolve any problem I might have.The working plumbers do a great job. They show up on time, do their work reliably, and tidy up nicely. They make practical decisions. I look forward to many more years of working with them...

I called them a few weeks ago because I had some heating and hot water issue.(Hot water is no longer hot from shower) They sent me a technician, I believe his name is Chris. He took a look and I think he wasn't too sure about the system so he called multiple colleagues and send pictures to get a better idea to understand the system. I like that, but unfortunately, all these time were still charged.The issue was a check valve, he installed the check valve for me and answered any questions that I had for the system. I had some uncertainty about the bill material cost, emailed them and within 10 minutes I have someone representing JW calls me and explain all the details to me.

I've used JW Plumbing on multiple occasions. My husband insisted on them because we had a good first experience. However, our two subsequent repairs with them was definitely not something I would recommend. They're really out to make $$$, everything is significantly marked up in terms of materials, they are NEVER EVER EVER on time (every one of the 4 occasions they've come do work they were 1-4 hours late or did not show up OR communicate), they say they will proceed a certain way, then they don't and communicate this really last minute. I would not recommend them to anyone and tell them to steer clear of them. Just out to make a buck. These are the services we used for them: installation of toilet, installation of two separate sinks, removal of a rusted drain pipe, installation of a backflow valve, change of galvanized pipes for copper. Overall, thoroughly disappointed. STEER CLEAR.

Olga was very pleasant on the phone and got me set up with a timely appointment to put in a water line for my fridge along with some other odds and ends. Mike showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, and did an excellent job. Very pleased with JW and can easily recommend.

I've used JWPH twice now, for two separate plumbing issues, and both times the plumber was prompt, professional and the quality of the work was superb. The second time I was even able to get a guy to come the day after I called. Would definitely recommend JWPH to anyone looking to fix any plumbing issues. I'll also be getting an assessment of the heating and AC system in my new house done to make sure there aren't any surprises come winter. Friendly, responsive, professional. Great company.

Alice who takes care of the service calls is a God send.Jeremy the plumber who came to do plumbing repairs to my dishwasher knew exactly what pieces to change. My dishwasher is running smoothly. He cleaned out bathroom sinks full of hair in drains.Competent plumber. I will use this company again.

JW Pumbing & Heating helped me on two occasions, once to install an air conditioning unit, and a second time for plumbing. The AC installation took about half a day. The two technicians were very clean, courteous, and careful, and explained everything to me. I was very happy and asked JW for a plumber to resolve an unrelated issue: changing valves on my washing machine and identifying the source of a water leak in my triplex building. The plumber was meticulous and conscientious, and also visited a neighbour's home regarding the leak. I recommend very highly.

JW has taken care of my plumbing, heating and HVAC on my houses and business for many years and their work speaks for itself. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Anything they’re needed, Josh and his team are there. I will continue to use them for many years to come and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
