Passed on May 27 found an a table and two chairs which is 399$ and have a discount of 100$, so it is 299$, passed today to buy it found the same item original price 499$ and a 20% discount, so it is 399$, asking the manager she said well you should have bought it when it was 299$, i mean come on, stop taking people for fools, respect people. I will never buy from Rona again. Plus customer service make you wait for long time, until you say forget it and you hang up.

The store has at times the feeling of a zombie apocalypse aftermath... just that the power is still on. Perhaps my main complaint is associated with it? You will need to bring the original receipt along if you want to return something. Photocopy/Scan will not be sufficient except if you like to argue. Without... good luck.Home Depot has electronic billing, Canadian Tire let’s you return things.Apart from that, well organized big box store, nicely presented and the staff, if you find someone, at least know where to find things.

⛄As of December 9, 2022, when I visited the store, lots of the Christmas things were on sale. But, be aware...not all things were 75% off. The signs placed around the Christmas items were a little deceptive. Written in small print is up to" 75% off. You won't know what the discount on your item is

My order had 5 items.I had to have someone else pick it up.Rona managed to make a mistake on two items. AND couldn’t ship them to my local Rona.When I called them, they told me I had to return items in store and re-order the right items myself.And they offered zero compensation.I do not recommend.Avoid at all cost.

The road leading towards is so dangerous to drive to drive due to huge dangerous potholes. Calling them potholes were actually undermining the depth of the pot holes. Very less staff to assist, and not well informed staff to help and to guide.

Service is non existing. Nobody wants to help to small doubts. They are all too busy to answer. I tried explaining to a guy what I needed, he wouldn't speak a word of English. He told me is not his department anyways, talk to the manager.. No manager was found in the store. Never going back.

Mediocre experience with the staff. Online website shows quantity over 80 but staff reluctant to go and find it. They reply all inventory is displayed type of attitude.
