Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West

Hotel is beautiful and clean but customer service is not good at all. We had a hockey team stay here and we booked a block of rooms months prior and ended up being separated between 2 floors and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. There were a couple more small things as well. Night staff was great but day time staff, terrible. Half our team was told breakfast was included on Saturday and half our team was told it wasn't and then come Sunday morning we were told no its not included at all.Will not be staying here again

We arrived later then planned but with the late check in it went well. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The pool is small but it does what it meant to do and the kids in there were enjoying it. The fitness center was nice, there is also a laundry mat that I wasn’t aware of, which is very useful. Breakfast was fast and delicious and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back!

Very decent room. They gave me a room that has wheelchair accessible. I am not in a wheelchair but the automatic door was nice. Room was clean and decent. Great for a short stay. Also very quiet. No noise so you can sleep very peacefully. Downstairs has drinks and snacks for purchase. Also has complimentary charging for Tesla and other EVs

Absolutely abhorrent experience. We booked into the Hilton beside the Pearson Convention Center and when we checked in we were told our reservation was moved to the Hilton 10 min away as they were full. That Hilton was also booked and they had moved us to 3rd Hilton next door. Both moves done without informing us prior and regardless of original reservation being confirmed in email to be at the Hilton beside Pearson Convention Center.Room was fine, clean and well designed. No bathtub which is always a pain when traveling with young kids.There was significant snowfall overnight....by 9am parking lot STILL not plowed. Many many cars stuck trying to get out. Couldnt bring bags to car without full out carrying in arms....hard to do 9 mths pregnant with 2 young kids in tow. Front desk person carried our bag out to us upon my request which was kind. This was a predicted snow storm with lots of warnings. Hotel should have been prepared and lot plowed for customers to get out safely.

I booked this Hilton garden inn west for my fiancee's birthday to make his day special but my misfortune.The pictures didn't match what I booked maybe I expected so much. Way too many drawbacks over great location nice layouts and walkability to stores restaurants and parks.-: The bedroom had two sections of blinds from which only one is working so there is less privacy.-: the refrigerator empowering seafood and roasted garlic smell almost got in my every food that I bring with me.-: Used and damp towels, quilts and red-stained bedsheets and carpet were the cherries on the cake to my disappointment.-: The TV was too slow to watch anything on. The water pressure in the shower sucked.Even if you advertise no hidden cost and still you want 300$ security deposit for just towels and a coffee machine in the room even if you didn’t provide bathrobes and bath slippers. Bad customer service, too. I have to run downstairs for everything.It sucks, because we always stay at Hilton hotels,except paying a high price for “Hilton” brand this time.Not a bad stay overall but probably wouldn't come back and don’t recommend anyone for about 200$ per night. Also coffee paper cups is what they offer to drink wine in your room. Rachel the Manager seems to scare her front desk staff out of any possible customer service possibility. The young guy at front desk would not allow us to take wine glasses from the closed lobby bar as he was afraid to lose his job! Clearly mismanaged well intended young man. Very sad that Hilton allows such a person to make the rules in what is other wise a very nice hotel! They need to open the restaurant and bar or stop advertising it on their website. They are both closed! No bar, no restaurant there!

We stayed at this Hilton property June 10th for a wedding reception being held at Pearson Convention Centre that evening. The room was good enough, bed was comfy, amenities were fine. We were literally in the room for an hour prior to the reception, then back to the room after midnight to go right to sleep and wake up at 7:00 to get on the road by 8:00. The simple fact breakfast was not included, on top of what was a higher than what should have been charged price of $270 a night, is reason alone for me to not stay here again. But the way this property representing the Hilton brand treated a non-issue by charging us a $50 damage fee for what ended up being nothing they could prove, has driven me to never stay at a Hilton again.If a hotel is going to charge someone for damage and then not say specifically what that damage was and then not presenting evidence in the form of a picture or anything, I say no damage occurred and they're in the habit of milking good paying customers who travel quite a bit.In good conscience I can't give this specific property a one star because the room was nice and the location for what we were doing was ideal! But a ripoff of a breakfast with nothing we could eat as people having restrictive diets, along with phantom damages that I'd love to know if others have accrued while staying here, are reason enough to also go so far as to say this is the LAST time I stay at a Hilton property. My business will remain strong with IHG, never not once have I gotten a damage fee, and I stay at IHG properties twenty to fifty nights a year!Good riddance, not paying a dime for anymore of Paris' bags or clothing.

This hotel is fantastic. Great rooms and amenities and very clean. What makes it even better are the staff. Wanted to give a shout-out to Marlon for making me feel at home during my stay at this hotel. The hotel was superb and the customer service Marlon provided far exceeded my expectations.Will definitely be returning.

It one of the best stays I've had. The hotel was clean from top to bottom. The staff were friendly and professional. I didn't have breakfast but the price was reasonable

We waited over an hour and a half for our room to be ready. When I reserved the room, I had asked if pets were allowed, I was told it would not be a problem. and I explained it was a small dog.
