I have been practicing yoga with Victoria for a few years now. We have a deep and friendly relationship. She understands my body and always pushes me to be better. Her knowledge and assists allow me to feel safe in practicing deep stretching and to challenge my body to become stronger and younger. I always look forward to relaxing, meditating and growing with her every morning. I hope to continue to practice with her for many years to come!

Fantastic Yoga/Pilates instructor/trainer/coach! Whether it is private one on ones or in a class setting, Victoria keeps a very close eye on everyone to ensure they are properly aligned and getting the most out of each position. What I really love is that she pushes me to do more but also knows my limits. She brings such a positive/fun/grateful attitude to all her sessions. After every class I ALWAYS feel mentally and physically happier. So happy I found her!

I’ve never done yoga before, but my friend recommended Victoria Duong to me. I gave it a shot and now I’m extremely happy with my decision! Victoria has helped me overcome some back issues I’ve had for years and gave me great advices on how to maintain better balance (body & mind). Not only she’s become my instructor, she’s become a friend that I can rely on whenever I have health & fitness questions. You will not be disappointed with her classes! Ps...she has great vibes and very approachable

Victoria Duong Yoga & Fitness
Yoga has always been an intimidating experience for me as I'm not the most flexible or coordinated person. That being said, I've really enjoyed the Yoga classes that I've taken with Victoria as she is patient and creative in her instructing. She also makes it fun so I don't feel shy or overwhelmed.What I especially like about taking classes with Victoria is that she takes the time to get to know each of her clients. She's given me a lot of great advice regarding some of the posture issues that I've been facing.

Victoria is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor! As a beginner in yoga, I feel very comfortable in her classes and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to challenge themselves but also have fun. Absolutely AMAZING yoga instructor!!!Can’t say enough how great she is. I’ve had many yoga instructors before. Victoria is one of my “GO TO” instructor. She always gives out clear instructions so her classes are easy to follow. She is very warm and friendly. She is always there to help you to get into a pose deeper or to correct alignment so that you won’t hurt yourself. I’ve also tried her MYODETOX sessions. Thanks to her, I am now more aware of how I should walk and my hips and knees are in less pain than before. If you have not taken her class before, I would recommend you to try it out right away!

Always looking forward to Victoria's yoga class because I know I'll have a quality time to practice self care, forget my sorrows, and gain physical wellness. I have had several yoga instructors, some of them improve my flexibility and muscle strength, some of them clam me down and make me feel relaxed. Victoria is a combination of both. Every class she'll introduce some new poses and give several options for each pose. This way I can practice according to my own physical condition and have some goals to look up to. I tend to challenge myself a little more in her class because I know towards the end I can get super relaxed through her message.

Victoria is fantastic! She is professional, very knowledgeable and super easy going. I was a beginner with yoga and had lots of pains/aches from sitting in a chair most of the work day. Victoria incorporates yoga and pilates to stretch but also strengthens the necessary muscles. The lessons are different every time and Victoria can accommodate the lessons based on how my body felt that particular week. I am happy to say I am pain/ache free and i am still enjoy the classes as we get into more advance positions and exercises. Yoga has been amazing for me and i didn’t think i would love it that much. My posture is better, core is stronger, my breathing controlled, and it is amazing stress relief. Victoria is a key part of my journey and has been patient where required but also continuously challenging me!

Victoria is one of my favorite yoga instructors I’ve come across! Not only is she super knowledgable about how bodies work & the importance of alignment - she’s very hands on to help correct your posture in order to prevent injuries. She's super friendly & I love her energy and passion for the work she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about your well being. Very grateful I came across her classes and I can’t recommend her enough!

I have had many yoga instructors over the years, but Victoria is the best. Her classes are varied, challenging and she provides lots of options for making a position easier or more challenging. She gives lots of feedback to make sure you are doing a pose correctly and assists you during the class to get you deeper into a pose. No two classes of hers are ever the same, which is great. On top of all of that, Victoria is a really nice person. She is approachable, friendly and always has a smile on her face. I can't recommend her enough, both for private and group classes.
