Great gym, the app is really convenient too especially if you’re a shy person! The showers are not the best, which is to be expected for the price point of the gym membership, but would be nice if they could improve the quality. Being a black card member is also super good if you like to work out with a friend or family member.

Loving this gym! Friendly staff, clean, and enough equipment for everyone. This seems like a welcoming place for everybody, and I feel comfortable going any time. The price cannot be beat! I have tried nearly every gym in this area, and this is the winner for sure.

I just started working out at planet fitness about a month ago, this is my home location. Adeem the trainer at this gym is very friendly and easy going! I enjoy working out at this gym, some different machines I never seen before and it’s definitely a judge free zone,I used the shower one time and the pressure was awful, there was barely any water coming out, it was in the very first shower stall that I had that issue in.Overall, I enjoy coming to this gym. All the staff are friendly & it’s not overwhelming at all.

The best gym I've ever had a membership at. The staff are very friendly, including the one girl at the front who is always so welcoming. I'm able to do my workouts without distraction, in a positive and upbeat environment. 5 stars from me!

Great fitness center. There are tons of machines and lots of space to accommodate any workout. The environment is non-judgemental and relaxed. The price is amazing and are month to month. There are no pushy sales associates trying to upgrade your membership or force trainer sessions.

I've been coming to this gym for a little over 3 months now and I've been super happy with how everything is as a business. I use to go to Planet Fitness in Ontario and the gym vibes here are so much better!! I go in the morning times during the week and I see staff cleaning machines all the time and refilling paper towel holders etc. I like the machines and I've been seeing results in 3 months -that also comes with determination. Happy with my experience overall and the people in the gym are super kind (so far) lol

The staff are so helpful, patient to introduce one to their contract and monthly payment which allows you to enjoy not only using the equipment but there is also a spa and it is to enjoyable!When I arrive the staff now know me on a first name basis. It makes me feel right at home.The staff are always around the gym to help if you need advice using the equipment.I love planet fitness it is my home get away! Thank-you planet fitness are being there for me day and night.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Five hearts gym!

So far so good the stuff very nice the place clean and not busy and you can check before you go if it’s busy or not . The most annoying part it’s the don’t use wipes to clean the Machine the use paper towel and spare and don’t cleanse and very messy. And the front door always dirty and wet

First time after years of moving in to Edmonton from a bigger city that I finally found a beautifully clean well maintained modern type gym! Up to date equipment and very clean not to mention the amount of each equipment so no wait to just jump right in! Great environment with super clean and spacious locker room with clean showers. Management and front desk team on Tuesday May 23rd was super friendly and professional and actually offered a free day pass when I was actually planning to pay for it.Honestly nothing negative to say! Will definitely return when in the area.

Great gym, great staff, great equipment--but the bathroom situation SUCKS! For some reason (most likely to save money) there is only one toilet in the men's washroom--the St. Albert location, same thing.I don't understand the logic in this. If that toilet backs up--as toilets tend to do on occasion, then what? I thought getting the upgraded membership would give me access to some VIP bathroom, but nope, no extra toilet in the members only club.This issue could result in a very messy and embarrassing situation for someone. I'm now at the point, that if I haven't used the toilet at home before going to the gym, I don't go--which is really an a waste of my money... oh wait! Maybe that's PF's strategy. Keep us paying, but never show up due to lack of toilets!Oh, and one more thing. They really need to fix (or complete) the lockers. The hinges are supposed to have covers on them to ensure the screws don't cut someone, but most don't and I've ripped two jackets on them. Grrrrrrr!
