Overall very clean and modern looking grocery store.Organized in the same way as most Canadian grocery stores.Isles are a bit more narrow compared to bigger grocery stores.Average pricing, with some items cheaper and other items more expensive compared to Walmart and Loblaws.Price labelling were okay-ish. Still here and there labels missing and also not always a price per unit given (the reason for 4 star rating) . But other than that easy to read, big labels.I really liked the big variety(bigger than some of the competitors) in the meat and dairy section. Less per item/brand and more different products.On a Saturday morning, there were multiple employees dedicated to make sure everything is in stocks and were also really helpful when I was looking for something and needed help. Cashier was very nice as well.

Well run, nice staff for the most part. Good products, produce is average. The alcohol has added its usual misery. Nice size store.

Yes, I have been to this Metro. I have shopped for grocery's. And the service was friendly and helpful. This place is well used by my family members and respected. So, its been pretty good. Thank you. Bye, for now.

Very clean, modern, largely polite staff and managers, but the prices are astronomical and your executives are raking in cash like never before. Doesn’t matter how nice the staff and cool your store is- price/value is not worth it.

Great place for fresh 2 go stuff. I only wish there were more breakfast ideas. Something like egg bacon and cheese on a biscuit or in a wrap in a sandwich

The store has all the necessary items with the added wine and beer selection. There is always a representative close by to help with any questions. Everything is relatively well priced for a Metro with sales throughout the store varying from week to week. Busy at lunch and after work hours as would be expected, with only one checkout available during off peak times. Best used for small loads and self checkout for a flawless experience. Bring your own bags.

I love their produce section, always fresh and the set up is very pleasing to the eye. There’s a lack of International foods/spices etc I wish they had more though (specially Indian ones

During the one month stay in Ottawa, it’s been my main supermarket where I bought my dinner from. Mainly roast chicken leg. It’s well cooked.
