always forgetting something, always making something sloppy… messing up 3 of my orders a month and leaving things out ADDS UP.. today, this is what I received for my nachos…. literally 1/3 cup of cheese and it’s cold.. do better please.. also the young man who literally grabs onto you as he hands you your items through the window needs to go lol!

This location needs MAJOR work. Restaurant so disgustingly dirty ... always a long wait in the drive thru. Poor customer service. Girl at window tells us they ran out of large cups so she managed to fit the pop in a medium cup" THAT doesn't even make sense! Box meal didn't come in the box. Everything was just thrown in a big bag with lettuce and cheese spilling all over! They forgot my naked chicken taco had to go back. Hard shell tacos cracked thru the bottom bc there was so much grease. Now let's talk about the missing naked taco that I had to turn around to get. The thing was so hard it hurt my teeth. The shell was burn to a literal crisp! I broke it in half & it was so BURNT you couldn't even see any meat. I ended up calling corporate and they sent me coupons. They also said someone would be contacting me in 3 to 5 business days. Never happened. Smh."

TR has always been great but last visit wife suggest we don't go back and I kinda agree for now. I got a incorrect steak , out potatoes were cold and wife was ill the next day. I dont know if it's turnover in the kitchen but a very memorable experience in a bad way. Maybe take a few months off and try again. MUSIC TO LOUD!

It's just a shame that the pictures of the food that are posted are nothing but advertisements except for the picture with the broken nasty looking Taco in it.. Check out the beautiful pictures I posted of Del Taco in Chesterfield for the same price. I have completely lost my love for Taco Bell do the continued wrong orders and sloppily made food with just a hint of shredded cheese and a thin line of beef, give me a break. We drive from downtown Port Huron to Chesterfield to get Del Taco because every Taco Bell around here has shorted us and they have no quality in their food anymore due to the way the workers present it and obviously that's the way they're told to make it, you're lucky if you even get napkins anymore....Attention!!!!! owner and management!! either lower your price or improve the quality of your food, because you're not going to get rich off of my stomach ache... and this message is meant for Marysville on Gratiot, also on Range, especially on 24th Street and don't forget the crummy location at the North End.. sorry guys we've had enough of your lousy food... time to step up your game!

They could clean up the dinning area a little better the person at the register just stood there doing nothing.
