Nick was extremely helpful in the set up of my new iPhone 14. He talked me through all the steps and new features of my phone. Chrissy seemed to be very helpful with other customers and very friendly as well. My trip to Tom Harris Claresholm was very quick and efficient; even with a line up they got through everyone relatively quick and made sure everyone left with a smile! Great job you two!

CUSTOMER SERVICE!….. absolutely outstanding. Nick at Claresholm went above and beyond!! There was an unfortunate mix up between my Koodoo Telus Bill which has nothing to do with Nick. I swi5ched from Koodoo 5o Telus because of my plan with three phones and rate was lower priced. Long story short; I was still getting a bill from Koodoo even though I had changed to Telus. You would think these companies would talk to each other but no. Nick wen Above and Beyond and sent me $ from his own pocket to get Koodoo paid and off my back. NOW THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.I ABSOLUTELY would recommend going to see Nick at Claresholm! You and your staff are OUTSTANDING!!!! THANK-YOU!!!!!!

Nick was very informative, patient and helpful. Him and Chrissy are always going the extra mile to help customers. They are genuinely nice and good in what they do. You guys are awesome!

Really great experience! Krissy was wonderful to deal with, she took her time with me to make sure I understood everything, she didn’t rush through anything, and even stayed after close. I appreciated her patience and professionalism through our entire interaction. She’s so smiley and cheerful, and you can tell she loves her job and is really great at it! Her customer service was just absolutely exceptional. This is definitely where I will be returning!

My daughter went in for a new phone that's ALL I authorized and the sob's changed all of my family's plans to more expensive ones. I had to call our carrier and get them changed back. This kind of practice should be illegal. Will NEVER deal with these people again!

Service, Service, really good service is what you will receive at Tom Harris Cellular. Whether it is buying a new phone, changing to a new plan or just need help with how to do something with your phone. We were in the store yesterday doing a few updates on our plans with Julie, which ended up taking about an hour, Most sales staff would have gotten impatient, but not Julie. While Julie was helping us I noticed Nick helping customers both in the store and on the phone with simple things like how to send a picture or how to locate a lost phone. Both were very professional and SO pleasant to work with. I highly recommend that if you have any cellular needs or problems that you visit Tom Harris in Claresholm. I know we will.

Nick and jen we're awesome.. jen installed glass protector while Nick finished with another client. When he finished he got right to work on my Google 6 and down loaded from my old phone to my new one and then hooked up my hands free devices. I would recommend Tom Harris cellular to anybody.

Sabastian from the mayor margate location in Lethbridge was amazing for going above and beyond to help us move our phone numbers over to a new account and helped us work through all the steps that required. Julie from the Claresholm location was a sweetheart who stayed after hours to help me set up my new phone and made dealing with Telus much more enjoyable than usual.
