I can’t say enough good things about my dealer experience with Cheng! Absolute class act, thank you so much for helping me buy a great car at a fair price.

Not qualified to be a BMW dealer(at least certified BMWs). My sales associate Kyle went above and beyond. There was a recall on the car that they didn't look at until right before the delivery(this added a couple weeks of delay). Then they delivered the car with 2 curb rashed rims that were supposed to get repaired(that I paid extra for), the emergency call system malfunctioning and 2 blown front wheel bearings(this all takes place right after I get the car. I needed to take it to Grand River BMW and get wheel bearings installed). So I spoke to Kyle about this situation, he emailed Kelsey to reach out. But Kelsey doesn't know the first thing about customer service - I never heard from him and I have given ample time for him to reach out. I would stay away from this dealership. My 5 year old would provide better service than they do(and detailing). And by the way, the car was a pre-owned certified car by their dealership. I recommend you go to Grand River BMW, all my past experiences were amazing there.

Bought a used Infinity QX80 from Cody Press, who was awesome to deal with. It took a bit longer than I was hoping for to get it delivered, but the buying process was smooth, and his communication was very good. The pre-delivery detailing was amazing and the delivery itself was a very nice bonus I wasn't frankly expecting but is indicative of a very customer-centric experience which the dealership is clearly going for. Wouldn't hesitate buying from BMW London again, which is not something I say about many car dealerships!
