This is not your mumbo-jumbo stage performance hypnotism show! Rebecca’s program is excellent. A clinic approach to helping retrain one’s thinking about food, and developing a healthy relationship with it. Rebecca herself is personable, encouraging and knowledgeable. So, for an analytical person like myself who needs to know the workings behind, well, everything, this was a perfect fit.I have used hypnotherapy in the past, good and bad, and Rebecca’s is right at the top. My cravings have lessened, and I have learned to stop and think about what I want, long term, before making food decisions (e.g. cookies or chocolate verses nuts or fruit). Furthermore, making exercise a daily party of my life no longer seems impossible.I will definitely continue listening to the various hypnotherapy recordings for some time, as they are not only therapeutic but filled with highly useful information and tips.
