Fresh organic quality whole foods at a reasonable price delivered right to your door. How can you go wrong?Until they send you an offer to increase grocery order to an amount and promise a 10% discount and then don't honor it.I will advise you not to fall for this as their system doesn't honor it and neither do they.

SPUD provides an excellent service, Deliveries on time all the time. Excellent organics, meats, produce and bakery items. My go to place especially being a senior with mobility issues.

I have been with SPUD for many many years. Healthy, organic, gluten free options. Delivered to my door. And I love the point system so you can get money off your groceries!

Just not worth the price. I can only speak of their fruit produce as that is all we get from Spud. Nice to have the delivery, the regular driver is very friendly and on time. Fruit is good but not amazing, I would not say that it tastes any better than the fruit in any grocery store. And they usually do not make substitutions if they do not have an item you wanted. And you do not know until your delivery arrives. So this kind of messes up the food for the week and have to re-plan, or go without. Which is a pain.Too often the fruit is super unripe, and does not ripen well at home. One time ordered peaches that were so hard by the end of the week they went moldy instead of ripening. Sometimes they mention that the fruit is not ripe, and that we should put it in a paper bag to ripen. I do not have a paper bag... and I am not going out of my way to search for one. It would be most handy if they supplied a paper bag if they notice the fruit is unripe.They are great at refunding giving your money back on your next order only, but I would rather have the good food or good substitution instead of the money back, so do not have to plan a 2nd trip to the regular grocery store, to get what I needed in the first place.**Banana's in the picture are 5 days old from when we received them.

Since joining Spud, our lives have changed dramatically for the better. The produce is always fresh and tastes as though just picked. The variety of locally-sourced fresh veggies and fruit, as well as dried goods and pre-made products provides us with a 1-stop shopping experience. And the Subscribe & Save feature is the only way to go! Finally, Spud's customer service is second to none. This company aims to please and adapts to any need you might have. I highly recommend Spud!

Great quality, excellent customer service, and extremely convenient. I love the selection and the flexibility - you can choose your own delivery date. What is also great is the ability to make order changes right up until the night before your delivery. Highly recommend!

I've been ordering from spud for about 5 years. The quality is amazing and the customer service is excellent. It's also super nice not to have to go to the grocery store and get delivery to my front door. We love all the local brands and the meat from local producers is much better than what you get at the store. I highly recommend spud.

The produce is always high quality and the ordering process is simple and efficient. They have great sustainability practices and use many local businesses. What a fantastic service - grocery shopping has been made simple!

We have been shopping at Spud since the pandemic started and love the food and service. I had an issue with one of my orders and they responded very quickly, within 24 hours. Yes, it’s pricey but you you get organic products and know where the produce is coming from. We try to shop locally and it’s great to know the km saved with each order. I have been using SPUD for more than 6 years. I particularly like their organic apples, pears, oranges because the quality is almost always good compared to those organic from local grocery store. Their Hutterite eggs are good quality and cheaper than local grocery stores (compared with similar quality eggs). Once a while, items are missing or wrong item is sent but their automatic refund system is easy and no fuss. Thank you for good quality food and the great service! I highly recommend it.
