Very rude and unprofessional comments by multiple staff members. They actually tried convincing me with a serious concussion that my teeth I was spitting up were from a bad private dentist repeatedly ignoring jaw pain. Actual diagnosis was a dislocated jaw 2 years later suffering and ignored by every Dr in that establishment. Seek private treatment end of story.

I must admit I was quite pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. I read all of the reviews prior to going and starting my treatment there and afterwards I will say I was very concerned apprehensive about attending anything there. The medical visit was average, however the Physio visit with their OT was great. Zachery and the gold team were a pleasure to meet and work with. Thanks again.

Millard Purple team; professional, engaging, thorough. PT, OT, PET, Psy, RC. Team took me seriously and were thorough in their scope, and thank you for same. General Public please understand that they can only have scope of what is provided and are forced to always add liability elements. The file coming in, is directly from claims management. How it is sent matters, the liability signalling to next level groups is customary in the protocol outlined by WCB Directors & good buddies Alberta leadership. Again purple team nice job. The administrative staff of Millard Health act such that they exasperate patients, making a visit to a doctor when already injured riddled with stress, disrespect, and misinformation. While this review is based upon my own experience, there seemed to be much agreement between patients in the waiting room.I was given an appointment during my working hours with no option to discuss a more appropriate time or a less damaging time, forcing me to lose wages I need. My appointment time was intentional given to me as 15 minutes earlier than it was, to fill out 3 minutes of paperwork. The clerk who made my appointment complained I was difficult to get a hold of to a case worker after calling me twice during working hours and not giving me adequate time to call back, and with no option to leave a message when I did call back between these two calls. The doctor was late, terse, and unhelpful. Further appointments were booked at times that again force me to miss work, and upon asking if an easier time was possible the response was You'll have to miss work".In short

I was forced to use this location by WCB.Two phone calls and one in person meeting a week.I found two phone a week is redundant.Overall experience was below average, also its really hard to get a hold of anyone if you need anything.Unless you are forced to use this facility, I would go elsewhere.

An absolutely world class facility.When I started there I could hardly walk and I didn't sleep. At the end of my program I am walking tall without a cane and getting sleep again.It is hard work and it is important to discuss with your clinicians how your program will help your recovery. I found my clinicians were incredibly knowledgeable and could contextualize my injury making me understand how and why my treatment plan was going to treat my injury.I started at Millard completely hopeless and I leave with a new lease on life. I have work ahead of me but thanks to the continuing care plan that my team of therapists have mapped out for me I am hopeful for the future.

The building is very nice, good to see where our tax dollars go. I was shocked that the facility is sitting basically empty, you can hear crickets. I actually had to sit in an examination room with no clothes on and the door wide open, glad I'm not shy. UPDATE: I went for my 2 year assessment recently and huge difference, the facility is being used again, the physician and OT were pleasant and professional. This new experience has been like night and day...thank you!

My husband went there for a mental health injury from work for about five months or more unfortunately, and the team there was not very helpful specially the Ocupacional Therapist and the Psychologist. The OT was turning his family against him ( his support system). It was a nightmare for me as a wife and as a family as well. Big damage they did. The psychologist (the Dr.) put me down in a family session big time. Professionals are supposed to have moral and ethical values ​​and even more when it comes to deal with mental health of a client. This experience was and continues to be horrible and destructive. I don't wish it on anyone.
