I absolutely love this place. From the moment I walked in I was treated warmly. Daniella performed my treatments and is awesome. She is knowledgeable and an excellent listener. She heard what my concerns were and we made a plan. She told me at the beginning her priority was to make me happy and she totally delivered. I love that she calls the day after treatment to find out how it’s going. I had one treatment with Daria and she was wonderful. Very patient and explained the procedure so well. I am seeing such improvements and will be returning and recommending this clinic!

I have had under eye filler here about three times over the last 3 years and I have had a very good experience every time. He really does an amazing job. I had some puffiness the first week and a half but that is completely normal as you are healing. The final result is amazing. I haven’t tried the micro needling yet but that will be my next purchase here. The only thing I miss is the old numbing cream they used to use. The new one doesn’t seem to freeze me very well even when I sit for 20+ minutes. The old freezing cream seemed to work better but that just might be for me. Thanks for always being professional and I cannot wait to try micro needling. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

I had the best experience at Albany Cosmetic and Laser. I was from out of town, booking was a breeze, they answered all of my questions in a very timely matter. The procedure was efficient yet informative. They use the most up to date technology and show you a before and after immediately after the procedure is finished. I did not feel pressured at all to do anything more than what I went in asking for. Results are by far the best I’ve ever had.

Although the support staff is friendly, the place is kitsch and run down. The pharmacist who does the injection-type work doesn't hesitate to offer his opinions on his clients, regardless of whether they are informed, biased, or simply bad assumptions. I'd rather take my business where it's appreciated and clients are treated respectfully.

I am currently getting my PRP treatment for my hair. So far the service is very good. I am afraid of needles and they offered me a Gatorade to boost my electrolytes. It helped a lot! And it made me feel very special! The staff is friendly and they explain the procedure very well.

The staff and doctor were so nice and friendly. I was happy with everything because unlike other places, there was a thorough explanation of what was happening. And all questions I had, the doctor answered for me. I told him my concerns and he explained the process and how he did it, which made it so much more reassuring. I came here because my friend had her threading done and she looked more amazing than she ever had. This doctor does it so well. And the staff and just so kind!! Was a good experience definitely.

Got the Fotona tightscultping done on my abdomen and chin. Megan was fantastic and very informative! I felt very comfortable and I'm excited to see my results. I will definitely be back for another session!
