Been here three times and every single time they have given an amazing service be it the Sheesha or the beverages.I would recommend the Doodh Patti for sure to try.All the best for the business venture and hope to visit more and more in the future.

Awesome place to smoke shisha in Ottawa. Seems to be a new place. Try the paan mint flavor, it's fresh!! Definitely my go to place whenever in Ottawa. Totally recommend it. Service is great and friendly.

My wife came here today with her friend. This business does not respect women but also doesn’t know how to give proper customer service or train their workers. If the manager hasn’t learnt that, he certainly will not pass the skills onto people he hires. Please please do not go here as they will make you pay for a service you do not get as well as forcing you to add things into your bill you do not want. Customer service is highly valued in businesses and if you want to have a high clientele you should not be rude to everyone who comes through the door. Other shisha lounges in the city are better and will apologize for their wrongdoings.

Amazing Lounge. The owner was very friendly even though we were new to hookah. Awesome vibes, it was nice and calm when we went in, people just chilling on their laptops. We got the karak chai and baklava and it was super tasty. I recommend their Watermelon huqqa

Will absolutely be back. The cleanest shisha place in town with immaculate service. I hope they stay consistent because if they do they will definitely succeed! Great job.

Very poor experience here. If I can give 0 stars I would! We came in and we got our shishas and everything was fine but all the workers INCLUDING the manager are very rude. Shisha is good but customer service is very poor. Never coming here again. Forcing customers to pay for a service that was not received.

Nice place to smoke Hocka and have tea and coffeeParty of 8, place is 9/10 clean but all beverages were canned so cleanHokka is not tobacco based so does not have same effectThey have nice tent for outdoors

Very friendly staff , great atmosphere! Prices are more than reasonable! they have a large patio in the back, great place during summer and friends get-together! Tea was just fantastic!!

Great atmosphere, they have a large patio in the back parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful but the Shisha was not the best.
